I believe that the hardware will always (practically) be allowed to be sold. Although foreign shipments may be blocked for juice, the hardware can be used to vape non nic liquid. Look at the Wizard toy fog machine for instance. It is marketed and sold for kids to use. It produces plumes of vapor with all the same ingredients sans nic. Do you think it was tested for health risks? What about fog machine generators? Aren't they loaded up with PG and set to produce .... loads of plume for masses to inhale? I've been to a few concerts in my day where the auditorium was filled with clouds of vapor... better to see the laser light through. Somewhere there has to be studies of nebulized PG.

Personally I would stick with hardware that has replaceable batts, a year or two worth of nic for DIY, and a nice supply of atties/cartos to begin with. You can get PG/VG/flavorings anywhere. Once the storm clears, there will be avenues available for restocking.

......!!! You betcha!

I have enough supplies to create 1200ml of 12mg juice. That will last approximately 3 years.

Concerning the shelf life of PG, I copied this directly off the DOW website;

Storage
PG USP/EP has a shelf life of two years when stored below 40°C (104°F) in closed containers away from sources of ultraviolet (UV) light.

You know what they say, "If it seems to good to be true, then it probably is."

Thats Aweful!!Vape indoors only!

The satellites will be re-tuned so that if they detect e-liquid vaper they will be able to to find which home it is comming from and send a helicopter with FBI agents to arrest you and confiscate not only your e-cig stuff but your home too! LOL

The war on drugs has been temporarily postponed in light of the new war on vapers, eh?

Ironic isn't it? We are about to legalize MJ in California come Nov, yet go underground with electronic cigarettes... Crazy!
Well, Congress has to have some excuse for the decisions they make... Going legal with what I already suspect they do before rulings will definitely help explain things better to the public :D

Living in New York I just stocked up on attys and juice. I bought 25 atties, a mix of LR's and regular 510s. I also ordered an SD and a precise. And to top it off, I got about two years worth of juice.

I was thinking about the aging of nic. I imagine that after two years, the nic doesnt suddenly disappear, it just gets weaker. With that in mind, wouldn't the best plan be to get high mg juice so it lasts even longer? I really don't think getting pg/vg will be an issue, and I'd rather have that fresh.

Here's what I think will happen. If it starts to cut into their revenue from cigarette taxes; which it eventually will just like RYO and SYO tobacco both did the feds and the states will ban everything and anything to do with e-cigs. You better learn how to stealth vape because if you get caught using one it will most likely be confiscated.

Yup, I believe that the Pinkos will have their way with our choices!

I just thought of something. I think you can buy a relatively cheap, non industrial shrink rap machine? You could shrink rap the bottles. That should help keep the air away from the liquid and extend its lifespan.

You can also just use plumbers Teflon tape. It would make your seal water proof and air tight. The nicotine itself still starts to deteriorate after about two years even if buried in the ground free from air and light.

Yes, O2 and various airborne pollutants are likely enemies of long term storage. However, I'm not sure I'd trust shrink rap. The following products do create and maintain a long term vacuum: FoodSaver Vacuum Sealer .For those who buy in bulk from warehouse stores, they're effective at their intended purpose too.

Yes, that's your best bet. I do food dehydrating at home.
1. squeeze excess air out of container (for dehydrated food, it's a 3mil thick plastic bag);
2. for a nic bottle, you would throw it in a 3mil plas. bag and add an oxygen absorbency packet. Don't order online -- too pricey (.70-.80 apiece). Get them from the mormon pantry assoc. (only .08 apiece).
3. place in mylar bag to keep light out. Do not vacuum pack the mylar, just seal w/the sealer on the vacuum machine.
4. At that point, dehydrated food is good for 30 years -- no typo, thirty years.

Ok so you guys got to me... just re-inventory my war chest;

I'm good till maybe 2015 ish.

All I know for sure, is if anyone tries to take my e-cig away, I will simply blow a huge vapor cloud in their face and pull out my 9mm and ask them "Please repeat that request, I don't think I heard you correctly." LOL HAHA

In reality though, this is going to be harder for the government than you think. The conservative movement is growing by leaps and bounds and common sense is spreading like wildfire. Government control over our lives has to STOP!! We are not sheep, we are American Citizens. We control the government, not the other way around!! :):):)

The only reason the hardware is under attack right now is the big dogs njoy and smoking a. Sell carts with nicotine, the default kits comes with carts prefilled to. So because there packaged the hardware becomes a nicotine device. Once you start selling everything with plain carts its a non issue.
