Used 32 guage wire, 3mm silica wick. Wrapped it around a coax 500 center pin conductor. 6 tight wraps, then pulled it off and stuck the wick through it. Cut the excess wire from the legs. Assembled the atty back together. Screwed it on the base, then cut and fluffed the edges. Took some juice and applied it to the coils and ran a few burns before I filled the tank. Left the white silicone ring off because I'm currently vaping AVE 18mg Gamel which is 100% VG. And this thing is hittin' awesome for me. Seems to be wicking really well and the flavor is there. The atty came out at 2.2 ohms and I have my PV mini set at 3.7v and it working great. I did three other attempts before this one and they worked but not like this one. I tried wrapping around a bobby pin with the wick. Not the prettiest though. I think that pre wrapping the coil first made a huge difference. The thread went in, no problem with a little twisting in the direction the rope is twisted. No flavor wicks. Very happy at the moment. I'm going to go and enjoy the moment. Cheers...
