store closed?

I went to put in an order the other day and got the same message. I did send an email, and got this response:

"Our payment system was down for a few hours while our system pruned old data from the system (failed orders, old stored carts, etc.). It is back up now and ready to go. We apologize for the inconvenience."

Looks like it's happening again?

Sorry folks, we're pruning old orders which causes our payment system to stop for a few, and also training up a new guy so we truncate the orders from time to time. Anyone who's hired a new employee knows it requires a small production "slow down" for a few days as you get the new peeps up to speed. If we showed him how hectic it really is right off the bat he might run away in fear lol.

order placed yesterday, everything is all good. I was just a bit perplexed, I`m down to like one more grand bottle of the always excellent bobas bounty :( If there was another store closing I would have been kicking myself for not restocking my suppy 3 weeks ago! thanks ben!! YOU ROCK!!! I`m sure you will train your new wookie well! until he's fully capable maybe you should refer to him as the ewok :lol:
