Bristow, Ok.
Stormy, I will sit another 2 days to see how I am and then if I dont see that I am getting better I will go to doctor, I promise.:)
That is ridiculous. How many months since your surgery and you still aren't well. Do you really think you are going to heal up that fast after all these months. You know something is wrong so go see a doctor. I don't want to have to tell you what to do but it is obvious that someone has too. It isn't normal to be in that much pain for months. :(:(:(

I won't prod for more information and don't want to scare anyone, but not sure what post-op pain could possibly be measured in months.

Sounds like as good of a reason as any to make a group trip to Greece for an intervention...

I can get leg irons for shackling... will he put up much of a fight or will we need chloroform too?

He promised me he would go to the doctor. He is very stubborn. We will all have to keep after him to make sure he takes care of himself. He thinks he has to keep going to take care of us.:rolleyes::rolleyes: Where would we be without him?8-o8-o8-o

True that! Honestly, I think it's a guy thing. I'm a nurse for crying out loud and my wife has to practically beg me to go do the Doctor and/or take care of myself. Although I'm quick to jump on anyone that doesn't.

Go figure.

He had to have surgery for a hernia and put it off till he couldn't take it anymore before he got it done. Then came straight home from the hospital and went back to work. It was a very stressful time on top of everything else. The pain has never gone away and he can't sleep. Does that tell us there is something wrong? 8-o

Yep, thats a pretty good indicator. But if he's gone this long without fever, infection or things of that nature.. I'd be more worried about a patient reherniating him/herself.
