Stressed Out did not turn to analogs

Hi All,

My first post. The day before yesterday my truck would not start batteries (duel) were dead and would not take a jump start. It's a diesel so I coast halfway out on the street to start it, due to the black soot at start-up. I don't want soot on the driveway. Can you say stressed. It sat there untill the next day

Well I was 2 days into no analogs just the e-cig. At this time my stress level was up there and the vaping was all I needed.

So glad to say I don't smoke anymore.

That's great. There's those milestones- drinking coffee or alcohol, getting stressed, getting a whiff of someone smoking, or whatever your trigger is- and you reach for your PV without thinking for a second about smoking an analogue. It feels awesome to realize you are a vaper now and not a smoker.

awesome! good job! Stress is a big trigger for me but I've been able to "vape through" some really intense "stress cravings".

It makes me realize how strong the psychological triggers to soothe myself with smoking really are - and every time I succeed and don't light up a cig, I win - and I reinforce a new behavior.

That's great!! I have been vaping for a couple of days now and have not completely quit the analogs but I'm desiring them less and less so hopefully within a few days they will be a total turnoff!!
