I have been a member of this forum for a long time. I've never posted a negative post on any seller
since starting out. About three weeks ago I made a purchase with StricklyeJuice for a 30 ml bottle of 36 Mg PG USA mix, 36mg PG Tobacco and a box of Carto's. I have bought from them in the past and had no issues with them.
Upon receiving the juice, I began to notice a real lite throat hit. This isn't characteristic of 36 mg Dekang. I bought this juice for TH when having tough cravings.
I then remembered that they have both VG and Pg liquid. I also discovered that the bottles are color coded with a green drop sticker for VG and Blue sticker for PG. I received VG. This is why the lite TH.
I sent Jane several emails, three to be exact. Finally she sends me a email back that stated, even if it is VG it shouldn't make a difference in the throat hit. Guys, I'm not new, I know the Throat hit difference between the two. There was no apology for the wrong order.
She stated that if I MUST RETURN IT she wouldn't process the order until she receives the first order back. I also was expected to return it at my expense.
Most sellers would have said they were sorry and shipped the right order A.S.A.P.
I have now decided to just give the juice to a friend who doesn't like PG.
I think any vendor that doesn't ship what is ordered should make it right. I would have just ate the return shipping cost even though it was the sellers fault, if she would have just said sorry and shipped the right juice.
Jane also requested that I write a letter for the factory explaining what is wrong with the juice. This to be done before sending the CORRECT order. I emailed her that there is nothing wrong with the juice. It is just that it isn't PG and has a weak throat hit. It isn't what I ordered. It has been a week and she hasn't returned my email again
I've read of other stories about poor service from this company. I'm writing this for two reasons, to vent and to warn other buyers. Stricklyejuice has very poor customer service skills.
I'm writing this one off to a bad experience, don't make the same mistake. Jane should write David at FSUSA for help in getting customer service skills. She could learn much!
