I had a lot of ups and down thru my first 3 months or so. So many symptoms can be either withdrawal OR too much nicotine. Keep at it and it will all work out in the long run. I had to change a lot of things in my life: lower caffeine intake, eating regularly, altering sleep habits. It's amazing how smoking changes your body...changing it back can be a challenge.

I would try and get that MVP2 for the $40 at 101vapes. The variable voltage and wattage makes a big difference for many people. You may also want to try a top coil clearo for a warmer vape. The symptoms you are having sound very much like what I went through in the beginning. They came and went for about 6 weeks. The one big lingering thing with me is that at 24mg nic I have trouble sleeping at night. I have learned to vape 12mg nic after dinner so I can fall asleep at a normal hour.

Hang in there. It gets better. It is good to know that your body is getting rid of all the toxins. Don't forget there is the habit side of quitting smoking too. That can be just as tough as the physical withdrawal.

Thank you everyone for the support! I understand what everyone is saying, I re-read through the entire thread a few times. For now I will deal with it, but will definitely check out the mvp once I get through this detox. And yes, its raining hehe.

I haven't really changed my diet much though, I'm going to research that a bit to see if there's anything I can do to help.

Must say, didn't expect this kind of response. I love this community :)

Edit to add: Also, Right now I am feeling a lot better from when I originally posted, I actually took some Valerian Root to calm me down. I don't know if that's practical though...
