Subtank RBA - 0.1 Resistance Fluctuation

Yeah, I'm not one to trust fasttech though.. and all my local dealers have good prices on Kanger products.
I'd rather be safe and order authentic.

My First 2 Subtanks were Authentic Kanger's. I then bought 2 of the above FT Clones as Back Ups and for Parts.

Have to say, for clones, they Aren't Bad at all.

And I now have 2 of these coming to Convert my Authentic Subtanks to Top Fill's.

To each their own. I understand how people could need to order from them. I just heard that they're slow as hell sometimes (which I can comprehend too) but I'd rather support locally and I always get my stuff in a week max.

The STM's screws are definitely finicky, even the slightest movement can start janking around the resistance by .1 and more. Fortunately it's pretty easy to pop the cap off the rba deck and tighten them up while you're filling.

I like Sweet Vapes also.

And they still have the Original style Subtank rba's. Which I prefer better than the "Plus" style with the Holes in the RBA Barrel.

Why doesn't one place have everything? SV has good prices on rba and base, Kidney Puncher has so so prices but has the top fill tanks and oring sets. KP is higher on rba but by the time I pay shipping...

I had resistance issues with the original RBA that came with my STM. I just ended up grabbing a few new RBA decks to use and have around. Even though the STM is shelved, those RBAs will be good to have if these new regulations happen. Great little tank.

BTW - One thing I will suggest about these Top Fill Subtanks. Or Any Top Fill RTA. And that is to Bottom Fill them whenever you Replace the Coil and or Wick on you RBA.

The Reason is that Sometimes when you Re-Coil or Re-Wick your RBA, you want to Open the Tank to Adjust the Cotton. Or at least I do Occasionally.

But with a Top Fill, you can put More e-Liquid into your Tank than by Bottom Filling. So if the Tank is Completely Full, You Can't Remove the Tank without Spilling a little e-liquid. So when I Re-Coil or Re-Wick, I like to just Bottom Fill incase I Need/Want to remove the Tank and do something to the Cotton.

Once I have used the New Coil for an Hour or So, and know that it is Wicking as it Should, then I top of the Tank thru the Top Holes. And keep using the Top Holes until it time to Replace the Coil/Cotton. Which is about 5 Days or so for me.
