im done posting here for a while it seems like lots of over-moderation

i already served time in the military

thanks but no thanks

i appreciate all the help and advice from everyone besides the nazi mods

Not sure if you are still with us, Johnson, but that might not be a bad idea temporarily. As I strongly hinted in my first post, I believe stress is equally detrimental to one's health when it comes to heart problems. Step back, take a deep breath, then stop back and let us know how you are doing. Going through what you are health wise is stressful enough, don't make "the small things" into added stress. Quitting smoking is a great first step, minimizing stress is another. Many here do care.

Thanks for reading, if you should choose to read, this Long and Rambling post of mine

Well, I gave the post a like, but I'm gonna have to unlike it after further thought and frustration trying to post the name "Senator Dick Durbin". But I still like the the tone and the sincere caring I hear in your message, Robino. Johnson, if you ever see this message, be well. I think you will be. And certainly, come on back, if you're up to it.

And thanks, Robino, for volunteering for such a tough, but important job.

to ecf johnson. Nice to meet you and so glad that you are here. So glad that everything is alright but I bet that was scary. A big congrats on vaping. That is a great decision and I wish you the best. Look forward to reading more about you and how you are doing. We are more of a family around here so . . . just make yourself at home.
