I have a friend who wants to start smoking ecigs, but is not allowed to have sugar (some paleo diet thing)
I know I can taste sweetness when I use the juices.

Is there actual sugar in these flavorings? If she has a sugar issue should she not use these sweet flavors? Is vaping the sugar different?

thanks for your help!

Yes, I use TPA's sweetener, which I believe is sucralose dissolved in a PG carrier. Nice and sweet with zero calories. I have heard of people using stevia extract in their mixes but it creates a funky earthy taste (at least for me) that I'm not really fond of. I have also dissolved splenda packets in PGA and that worked for me, too.

Sugar or sugar substitutes like corn syrup would quickly clog up and ruin your atomizer/carto. PG and VG are slighly sweet on their own, so it's not always necessary to add any sweetener.
