I have a lot of folks ask me about my vapor king. I answer loads of questions. Alot of these folks are tech deficient. Some have no internet. I see a lot of people in my parents generation who do not trust ordering over the internet. I would love it if you guys would come up with a catalog so these people could read for themselves, see the cool merchandise, and order by phone. I would hand alot out, and it would save me alot of explanation.

I was thinking of becoming an affiliate, I have already converted 3 people, but I really don't want the profit... I just believe in your product, and think it is a healthier alternative to smoking. I am also unsure I could sell enough for 250.00 commission. I wish there was an incentive/discount program.

I haven't looked into the affiliate program, but I have considered how awesome it would be to have some kind of "representative" program, along the lines of Avon or Mary Kay. I think there's a huge untapped market that doesn't have internet - for example, in my grandmother, who has been smoking since she was younger than me, and trying to quit for just as long, but has to suffer through DIALUP on a computer that she doesn't trust because she thinks it has viruses. Or in people who see me vaping at bars and probably won't remember the link that I gave them for when they get home (and sober).

I totally understand. I find myself explaining the concept over and over. A large percentage of these folks have no means of ordering. They see these cheap ones at convenience stores and will give up before they have a chance for a good experience. It is sad.

I run into the same issue, I almost have a ready made speech prepared everytime someone asks about my Vapor King...lol. I agree that perhaps V4L should branch out a bit and Have reps and other means to order outside of the internet. I think by far they are the best and they have myself as one of them, a very passionate loyal customer base that would willing sell for them because we love it so much.

I just hand people the V4L card. That way when they go thru thier pockets/pocketbooks the next day they find the card!

I like the catalog idea, except that it would take up so much time on the phone as the stock is so fluid. What they see may or may not be availible. It also would have to be updated often to show new stock.

I have tried to show older adults (older then me..fancy that!). Most of them think it's a gimmick or those who have tried it choke and won't give it another try. Unless you are someone who can guide them one on one..I doubt you will have much sucess.

Vapers, especially new vapers are so excited it just seems like a no-brainer that others smokers would be too. But as we all know Smokers are a fickle bunch and suffer from denial and cognisant dissonance. Most of my own close friends waited until I was smoke-free for 3 months before they started asking me questions.

I find it's almost better to downplay it which seems to draw their interests more. Then when they are really ready to seek out an alternative and start asking lots of questions is when I go into action.

Best thing to do is to have a few extra batts and a recharger that you are willing to lend out and let somebody try it for free.

I believe that a lot of sucess with an e-cig is the work and research we put into it. I know I read almost every single page of ECF That pertained to types of e-cigs. (in 2009 this was possible). I studied the internet and made a bad choice..I sent it back in 5 days and reordered a better type. 5 months later I found V4L.
I was on a mission to quit smoking or at least curb it. Not just me..hubby too. But hubby did none of the work and relied on me to figure it out, research and test drive them. As a result he uses e-cigs once in a while..he will not vape anything but cowboy. No input..no results.

I personally don't agree with any affiliate program.

Almost all of the "affiliates" I have come across give potential customers (even friends and family) false/misleading information to pad their own pockets.

Look at these so called "review" websites out there, and see what the "best" models of ecigs are.
