You won't regret getting a provari if you decide to go that route friend.

Something to consider in the meantime, is a Maximum Vapors VV mod. They have a new supplier of wood boxes, that is a high end furniture maker, and their new Woodie V2 boxes look really nice. They also have some really low priced plastic box VV mods.

Currently they are running a sale that gives you 30% off anything you buy from them. Just use coupon code "summer".

I have one of their older Woodie box mods and the circuitry is awesome in it. The batterie life with 2-14500s in unbelievable. The fit and finish on the new wood boxes looks super nice, and 30% off is a great deal. Shipping is cheap too.

With the coupon code, you could get a VV plastic box mod, with Evercool circuitry for $35. A really nice wood box for around $90. I think thats a great deal.

Yea, well seeing it in black made all the difference to me, I thought it just looked tacky in the silver color but in black, the thing pops! (especially with the ss top fitting.) My problem was I was not going to the offical site, I thought the URL was something else and I was only seeing the silver colored one. Then I went to provape after a friend corrected me and I was like damn...now that is nice!

Now I just need to find about 250 bucks:blush:

Now you're getting your feet wet and can look forward to spending whatever you may save on stinkies for more PVs and every hyped vaporizing unit that hits the market, like so many of us. :)

I got a maximumvapor 5volt box mod and it's a great little mod. With the sale they got going on I just bought one of of their VV box mods to back up my Provari. I could not pass it up for 35 bucks.

Can anyone comment on the atomizer questions I asked about earlier? Does ProVape sell them in black to match the black satin device or are they only in silver color? I've written to them a few times but can't get a reply back from them, it's starting to tick me off. I didn't expect the non reply after all the rave you guys have given them.

Any help would be appreciated.

Another question if I may? Does Provape sell black atty's for the devices? I only see silver in colored ones, I would prefer black ones (especially for a black device.) I guess I wouldn't have to buy my atty's from them if I didn't want to but I like one place verses several, it's easier.

But I would love to have a Blue lighted device, I've seen vids of them on youtube and it's killer with the black device. Very very nice!

David, if you want a black atty for any APV I would suggest you check out any of the Cisco spec atty's from Avid Vapor.... I particularly use only LR306 1.5ohm atty's myself, but that is because I don't have a VV devise as yet. They have all different ohm ratings in all the atty's they carry.... Give them a look, I don't think you would be dissatisfied at all.... There are plenty of people on the forum that use and recommend them all day long.....

Ah so that's where those "Cisco's" I always hear about are coming from, ok, I'll check them out. I hear though for a VV mod, that a 3.0ohm atty gives the best outcome (at least that's what the current vendor that I buy my current hardware from states for their vv mod.) But someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Dave replied to me last night after someone gave me a direct addy for him about the black atty's. He said he would pass along the suggestion and that it did make perfect sense. It will probably still be a couple of months before I can buy this thing though. Maybe by then he'll have some blue led's back:)

The lavatube V3s are out and soon to be everywhere. You might want to wait for the reviews but, they seem to have fixed most of the complaints. Metal end caps. The amp limit is 4 amps which is higher than both the Buzz Pro and the Provari. Right now the only place I know that has them is here. They call it the Vector Variable Volt. If it lives up to it's specs, that's a pretty good deal for a complete kit for under $70 shipped.

Thanks for that but I'm finding myself quickly moving away from the LavaTube, it just looks cheap. I will keep the one I bought from Volcano since it's my first mod but once I have the money together I will be purchasing a Provari without a doubt! After that, I think I'm gonna call it quits (except for buying juice and attys and stuff like that.) I have spent so much money on this hobby since I started almost a year ago now, I have to put a cap on it now.

It all depends on what voltage you want to vape at.... If you want to vape at 5v+, yes you need a higher ohm atty..... I see a lot of people that vape 1.5ohm at 4.2-4.6v.....

I'm glad you brought that up...I tried a 1.5lr before and it just tore my throat up, I could barely inhale for a second! I discovered those things were not for me. So with the VV, what volt (between and between) do you guys think will be my sweet spot? More than likely using a 3.0ohm atty of course or 3.0ohm single coil cartomizer/tube tank system. I guess I would start at the norm of 3.7 volts and then increase slowly...

Thanks for the link for those Cico's Muz, seems to be what I would be looking for although they seem kinda pricey (maybe a buck or more than I'm use to paying.) As AV the company behind the atomizers or are they just a reseller? Just want to make sure if I go with these atty's, is AV the best place to buy them at?

Thanks

OK got it!:)

BTW, all these neg reviews about gotvapes is kinda freaking me out a bit. It's like someone opened hunting season them ! Reviews of Suppliers - Negative

Did you order from them? In my experience, they do have their hiccups but they follow through on their promises (more than I can say from some other vendors).
