Well, it happened.

I'm photosensitive, and it causes me to have migraine-related anxiety attacks and depression. This weekend was bright & warm, and man, it hit me like a sledgehammer!

Yesterday I stuck with vaping, and felt horrible all day, no matter what I did (I didn't smoke at all). Today my state of mind got worse--I felt like a glass powder keg.

I remembered what I'd read about the MAOIs in analogs, and how one in particular, Beta Carboline, hasn't been replicated by BP - it comes solely from combusted tobacco, so it wouldn't be in WTA.

I couldn't take it anymore, so I pulled out my husband's pack of analogs and have been switching back and forth between analogs & vaping today. Even though I've only had a few, the difference has been profound - I'm smiling, hugging my kids and feeling much, much more positive. So, now I know - on the days when the sun's making me bonkers, I'll mix a few analogs into the mix, although vaping remains my first love - as much as I dig vaping, I'm not willing to sacrifice my mental health for it.

Does anyone else do this? Mix & match, depending on your state of mind?

Looking forward to hearing your input while I pray for rain! :smokie:
