So, my new manhattan mod, ohm meter, plume veil, vtc4 batteries, and multimeter are set to arrive tomorrow.
I plan on starting my first coil build as soon as I get off work.
Only real question I have left is what to use for wicking material. I know it's mostly subjective and everyone has different views, but since I am not going to build anything crazy yet, I was thinking of using plain cotton. Is there any reason I shouldn't use cotton? Or is there a better wicking material to use?
If it helps at all, I'm planning to build a 28g kanthal macro coil to start with. I think this will be easiest for me to start with since it won't be quite as small. Does anyone have a better suggestion for coil build for a newb?
