i would have to say yes. the micro ego is pretty small, but not as small. the blu cig (facepalm) is tiny as well but just a bit taller. and then theres the litte sister by ken's. its probably the smallest vv pv, the size of a lighter. i think he actually uses a scripto lighter shell as the box.
