Super-x. You vape unflavored, right?

Tip for using syringes... You need some air inside the syringe before you draw any liquid in. I'd recommend at least 2ml of air. Often if I only need say 5 mls from a 10ml syringe, I'll just fill 5mls with air so I can't just draw it to the last mark, so you don't have to try and read the marks with it vertical. But you definitely a little air space in the syringe before drawing anything up into it.

...unless you're a stickler for precise, repeatable measurements. Your method would tack on the volume of liquid that the needle holds.

If you prefer to have air in the syringe, you would have to draw more than your desired amount into the syringe. When dispensing, you would leave the difference between the desired amount and the actual amount in the syringe.

Or you could suck some liquid in, invert the syringe so the air bubble rises toward the needle, plunge to evacuate the air, suck in the desired amount and dispense. If you're a cheapskate like I am, you could then suck in some air and dispense the remaining amount (that was previously trapped in the needle) back where it belongs.

ETA: I only use this method when making smallish batches. If I'm mixing a large batch of unflavored base, my methods above are more trouble than they're worth. The margin of error negates the negligible amount of liquid that a syringe needle holds.

...but not the needle.

If you pull the plunger from zero to 2ml, then 2ml will be sucked into the unit, yes some of it will be in the needle and there will be some air above the liquid in the syringe. When you plunge from 2ml back to zero 2ml of liquid will be pushed out, you don't need to anything special.

Correct. However, if you've got a needle attached to the end and you start with 1mL of air in the syringe and pull enough liquid to reach the 2mL mark and plunge all of it out, you'll end up with 2mL plus whatever the needle holds.

For sure FB, they are sensitive systems!

We all may have been trying to say the same things but reasoning different ways, or similar. Fact is, some are better than others at explaining that over the internet, lol (read: not me for this one, haha!... And yeah FB, you made my point much better than I did )

A few questions.

1. If I order 500ml of 24mg and I vape 24mg now, I don't need to cut it right? Just trying to be careful here.
2. I can freeze the stuff and it will stay good? For how long?
3. I'm assuming I can add menthol drops to it like I usually do to my flavored e-juices?

1) Yup and you can cut it with VG or PG to make it 1000ml of 12mg should you wish.
2) It should be good for a few years honestly, if you notice any change in color or if you want to be sure, you can get a nic test kit to test its nic level in a year or so.
3) Yup

Nic level goes up to 100mg? What's up with that?

The 100mg is great for storing or cutting if you use a high mg juice. I use 30mg juice. The 100mg is what I buy and use for DIY.

If you figure it out the price for your juice will be lower using 100mg.

You can use enough to get your 24mg per bottle of juice. With a 30ml bottle you will end up using only 7.2ml of the 100mg.

Trying to get answers in another thread. All the mathematicians are out. I'm not a math guy. Even the E-juice calculators SUCK. I have PREMADE base liquid, 75%PG 25%VG and 24mg e liquid from my freedom smokes. I have Hangsen concentrate flavors.

All the damn calculators are for people making e-juice with individual atoms. That's not me. I am experimenting with this. I don't care of the drops aren't exact from dropper to dropper. I'm making small amounts of e-juice, till I find something I like, then will make large batches.

I don't want to hear about %'s
I do not get it.

If someone could simply answer, how many drops of concentrate per ml of base, that would be appreciated. I don't understand why people have to make stuff so complicated. Ready to put my fist through a wall.

Thanks.

Hey JF, don't stress over it. I don't flavor my juice, however, I'm given to understand a lot of folks just add x number of drops to each 6ml of juice they load into the REO. If you hit a combination you like, then you can "fine tune" it or just wing it. If you don't like it, it's only 6ml to vape or discard.

Someone that does this will likely be along shortly to give you a ballpark on how many drops to add to 6ml, and it will depend on how concentrated your flavorings are.

Thanks man, I tried the calculators and when I put in my PG / VG %ages it tells me I have a negative percentage of PG. Can't figure the damn thing out. The calculators it seems are for people making juice from scratch with raw nic, raw PG, raw VG. Since my base is premixed, it seems the calculators are not meant for that.

As I said, I'm making small batches of the ..... till I figure out what I want. I don't know why folks need to make things so complicated.

Here's the juices I am ordering. They are 100% concentrate Hangsen flavors
