Here's what Suttons Bay Trading Co had to say about my inquiry. Not very helpful after sending them 2 emails with specific questions.

Below is an example of what they call an ingredient list. What do you think??

"Most all of our flavors are water soluble with the exception of the natural flavors. All ingredients are listed on the site under each appropriate flavoring."

English Toffee Flavor

English Toffee flavor is great in baked goods and candies. Although flavors may be sometimes referred to as a candy oil, they do not contain vegetable oil. The gluten and sugar free, highly concentrated flavors are available for home or professional use in hard candy, frostings, fudges, cookies, candy and candy centers, chocolates and baking (cakes and breads). They are three to four times stronger than extracts, since extracts are diluted by large amounts of alcohol and/or water. When using a recipe that calls for an extract make sure that you use 1/3 the amount if you are substituting a flavor.

Contains: Artificial flavoring, propylene glycol. All ingredients are approved for use by the FDA.

Sorry I didn't catch that. I haven't gotten around to going to the LorAnn's site yet. I was comparing the price to Capella but didn't even think of comparing it to LorAnn.

I also sent 2 emails to Get Suckered and their response after checking with their lab, "Our flavors are not safe for vaping." Don't you just love the great customer service some of these companies give? LOL

I'm looking for dairy and can't find it with any of the listed vendors.

According to their email response to my inquiry they say they are NOT safe for vaping. My understanding is that they are made from soy bean oil and we shouldn't vape that.

Spices by Spice Barn has a couple flavorings that are usable if you read the ingredients for each some are soybean but others are just glycol water and flavoring
Very interesting site, they have detailed chemical composition for their flavors. There are a lot of unusable ones to go through to find usable ones, though. I'm getting lazy after writing up that guide...

When you buy a flavoring, it is diluted in something, because pure chemical flavor would be absurdly strong, often not liquid, and sometimes dangerous. We use flavors diluted in PG and/or alcohol and/or water because those are vapable. Even if you use an oil flavoring (like clove extract which is naturally an oil), those are very strong and can be diluted into alcohol to emulsify, so a couple of drops can flavor a lot of liquid and won't leave much residue on the atomizer. Get Suckered dilutes the basic flavoring chemicals in soybean oil so you'd end up adding a lot of oil to your liquid, which will likely clog up the atomizer quickly. Oils just don't vaporize properly because they are complex fat molecules.
