Does it leak out of the airflow hole like the kayfunII did?
i have both the II, and the IIIES. They are virtually identical in performance, I really think its all about tucking the wick in properly after you set it up. I've never had a problem with either one of them leaking unless the wick isn't tucked in properly, in which case either one of them will flood catastrophically. In fact if anyone has a leaky VII, hit me up ill take it off your hands
Nowhere else to go rant about my latest build so I'm putting it here
Did, Zap, Oddy, Penny, Phoenix, Spheroid, Vivi Nova and a slew of clones- not saying anything negative about any of them but its a Kayfun on top of my device day in and day out
using 6 wraps of 30 gauge on a piece of ceramic wick at 2ish ohms, and I kid you not its hands down the best vape I have ever had! I have literally made myself ill before, trying to get a dry hit off of this attomizer, I really think the design is that good, it just isn't possible to do when set up properly. The vacuum in the chamber in my opinion is much more dynamic, (you draw and the vacuum feeds the wick), and so more effective than some other systems that rely on exposing more wick area to the liquid to increase the flow of liquid. (It works, but kind of passive and not as effective imo.)
And the
tank is good for an entire day of
vaping for me, it's plenty large. I only used the double tank once, just to do it. It's perfectly solid and it works, but its crazy long imho, and I don't really need to carry a tank that large in my normal day to day routine. I guess in theory it could come in handy, just not a situation personally that I could imagine needing it.
Build quality is as good as anything else I have owned, with a significant edge and nod to the VIII which is a significant step up from the VII (as reflected in the difference in price also!) the IIIES is all stainless and the clear tank is extremely well made, even though the tank itself is threaded I'm not really worried about stripping it. I don't know exactly what kind of plastic/acrylic or what have you, that's it made out of, but it is sturdy, rugged and solid.
All in all what's not to like? The search for the perfect attomizer for me ended when I fired up my Kayfun for the first time!
