Im really liking this atty,my only concern is the length. How does it compare to the Ody short mode. Are the ones shown in your photos the short mode or are they the larger tanks. I just dont want my total mod with tank to look like the empire state bldg. I like the Ody v2 size because it basically is the length of phiniac tank with drip tip, like the photo in my avatar. Let me know, I am really close to either this or the DID short mode. Have any of you tried the stainless steel wick? I see that the version 2 is still available, what are the major differences between the 2 and the new version 3? Sorry for all the questions, its just that I can not afford to collect atomizers and I want to get just one really good one that wont kill my wallet or have to wait months only to have the latest model replaced in 6 months, I want something that will be a workhourse and last me for years and years.

That pic of mine is as small as it gets. Its like 6 or 7 mls. I do have the extension tank which just about doubles the length, minus a second collector cup. Its like 14 or 15 mls when doubled. It is a bit longer than the Ody, mine is being refinished, so I cant give you an exact difference. This unit I have can not take a stainless wick. i will post a photo of the rebuildable portion below. As far as the differences, obviously one takes a ss wick. I just sold an earlier version, and it was exactly the same as this newer one in the photo. So I'm not too sure. This atty is every bit as good as the Ody and Penny, if not better. The air comes in directly under the coil, and with the ability to control the air (which also affects the amount of juice) you can really cloud up a room, moreso than any atty I have ever used.

The new IIIES tank is about 2-1/8 inches bit less than 7/8 of an inch without drip tip...not big per se.

And you know when its time for a dry burn, flavor and vapor production is not there anymore...you clean it and dry burn it,fill it back up and maaaaan, clouds again.

I can keep the same wick/coil for 2 months in a row (wick is high quality braided silica)

The next batch of Svoemestos are due around December/January as he has completely redesigned the line along all stainless steel (prototype on the right); in that pic,you can see a IIIES on top of a Provari (gives you dimension looksee)

You should also see some lazer engravings from now on

those are just beautiful. May I ask what did you do to get a black tank on the middle one. Do the sell coloured tanks? One more thing, how would you rate the TH and heat? Is it hot, warm, coolish, cool and how does it handle high VG juice.

I'm not an expert on these, I did recently purchase a v.2 and I can tell you the vape is on the warm side and the TH excellent, although I think TH is more juice dependant, it's certainly adequate, and I'm using it on a vv device. I wondered the same thing about high VG juice, but I'm on about my 4th tank of bobas which is really a thick liquid and this atty hasn't missed a beat. I've only ever had 3 dry hits, each was the last hit of the tank! I've ordered a clear tank,I suspect after I get it I may never have another. This atty is truly outstanding, I can't imagine anyone not liking it. If I was being super critical/picky I'd say two things 1.) there's a bit of a learning curve I almost put it through a wall the first go around;) luckily for me I backed up and punted, got some real expert advice(thank you again Kwalka!) 2.) it's on the heavy side although mind I don't have the clear tank so we are talking solid stainless steel top to bottom. May be heavy but its built like a tank. That being said its an exceptional vape, I have chain vaped this thing forever trying to get a dry hit, it may not be possible as long as there is juice in the tank. The design and function is stellar.
Oh and the fill screw on the bottom(alternate filling method) unless I'm missing it its not on the v.2, so that may be one of the v.3 improvements, don't hold me to it but I think I'm right on that.

I'm definitely going to be in line for the new one when they come out. The prices the first time I looked at these were really high compared to most high end mods, they have since come down and are competitive. At these price points the Kayfun is a contender I'd put up against anything I've tried so far. I love my did and my zap, but its a kayfun screwed onto the end of my provari at the moment:)
And one other thing that might seem minor but I like a lot, unlike my genesis style atty's I can lay it down with no leaking:)

Martinc thanks so much for the link to svoe forum, I don't think I would have found it otherwise. I have spent an interesting and rather fun morning with google translate(which is pretty darn incredible, I think). So thanks again, one more way to keep up on news about my new favorite toy, can't wait for them to be available to order again!

You can get them in all metal, and a downside is they are Russian.

How is that a DownSide at all? I would put this Russian MOD and Tank system up against anything made in the West.

The Russian's know what the hell they are doing, that is for damn sure - I mean just check out that website with all the cool crap they have! That is one of my favorite pieces out there.

I agree 100%! I have a Kayfun3 and it holds its own against anything in my extensive collection.

After reading through the svoemesto forum, and from what I was able to gather these are being manufactured in Germany for a Russian company. Someone pretty much asked that question and it was confirmed. Again thats what google translate and i discovered, so that assertion carries a margin of error:) Not that I'm concerned either way. It's a quality device that performs really, really well no matter where it's made. The only downside to it being made anywhere but the US to me is Ill have to wait a little longer for shipping;)
