Thanks for the quick reply.ill try to get some.
But honestly,the silica is wicking so great that I don't think that's the problem.i can get great flavor from silica on my penny and oddy but the vape on the kayfun is so much better except for the flavor.
Any more tips?

So after a few days with my 3.1 trying different setups I still can't get the flavor everyone is talking about.everything else is perfect.ease of assembly,refill.no leaks.no dry hits.crazy clouds at any wattage.
Can anybody else please give me more tips on how to improve flavor?my best setup so far is double 3mm,4/3 wrap,32g kanthal,1.5 ohms.
I feel so close to my perfect vape that its killing me.seems like the flavor is muted

Try thicker wire with more wraps. More coil contact = more flavor. 3mm wick is pretty thick for the kayfun, especially I'd you have it doubles over.

I've tried 3mm with 1 strand but get dry hits with long draws.im gonna try it again with 1 strand,30g kanthal 5wraps.thanks

About 10 days to CA. Kayfun 3.1 from Cloud 9 and Russia are one in the same.

I missed last nights SvoeMesto spree. Then VapeRev finally puts them in stock and I miss it also. Seems the world only wants me to have one v3.1. I need a second one for experimenting on. I can't put the first one down

Woohoo! Finally an smv3 with semovar! I had kinda figured this would be harder to get ahold of than it actually was. If this pv's quality is on par with the latest generation of Kayfun, it will be worth it indeed. Very excited, I haven't looked forward to vape mail like this in a very long time! Very very cool

So I've gotta say a few things bout this Kayfun after spending a few hours with my buddies. He let me borrow his, with his low ohm wick and coil that I popped onto the Roller to toy with for a few days which of course, in conjunction with them coming into stock, caused me to immediately buy one. Now, I've spent the night rebuilding the coil (or rather, spent about 5 minutes rebuilding the coil and the rest of the night vaping) and must say... Everything I own is now for sale.

I'm running coils around 1.5ohms (I'm not a low ohm guy) and moreover, I'm not an unregulated kinda guy. I have infinite mechs but when it really comes down to it, I prefer throwing something onto the provari for an all day fun fest. So, I got this in at around 1.5ohms, stuck it on the Provari mini (they look.... stunning together) and have been vaping on it for the last few hours.

Its unstoppable. I've been chain vaping, slow vaping, up vaping, upside-down vaping, you name it. Not a dry hit, no leaking, no flooding, nothing but perfect perfect perfect hits one after the next.

I really don't know what to say. I probably won't give this back to my friend tomorrow when he asks for it, at least until mine comes but I finally feel like I've hit that point in my god-forsakenly long vaping career where I found "the vape I've been looking for since I started".

It was the same for me, game over for almost everything else.
All my needs are taken care of with the Kayfun, Ithaka and a couple drippers.

The maximum supported capacity: 15W.
The minimum supported atomizer resistance: 1.0 ohms

Too bad the Nival chip is only capable of 15 watts, that's at the lower end of where I like to vape.

Dan, just get it from Cloud9. VapeRev is the only US distributor that I know of and I don't expect they will have stock for quite a while as they just sold out yesterday.
