This isnt about the kayfun 3 but about the lite...
Has anyone ordered from digitalsteam?
I just spent $150 on a kaylite and provari cone, no order confirmation, no tracking number after 13 hours.
Paypal sent me an order confirmation, but other than that...nothing
If I log into digitalsteam it states the order is paid and still open.
I hope I didnt make a mistake ordering from there.

Just had this discussion on the Lite thread. And you are describing some of the issues, along with price, shipping price, quality packaging, etc.

They are a well respected distributor here. Ya gotta remember they're in Germany and their business hours are going to be off from ours.

I think i'm the only person that prefers the 3.1 to the lite. They both work great though
why is that? i have the 3.1, thinking about getting the lite just because its smaller... any other pros to the lite?
For me, they both afford a stellar vape. However, the KF Lite is simpler and easier to use in a better form factor. Honestly, I believe the Lite defines the Kayfun.

ETA: If I had more than one 3.1, I would be selling them off to fund more Lites. As it stands, I am waiting for an opportunity to purchase my 3rd Lite.

Yes, that is a major factor and consideration. Even at almost 1/2 the price, the Lite performs the same, vaping wise.
The Lite may not work for everyone, but it works wonders for this particular vaper and then some.

I have both and I find little difference between the Lite and the 3.1. I do like the adjustable draw but once I found a draw I liked it pretty much stayed there. And as luck would have it the draw of the Lite is about the same as what I have set on the 3.1. Also the form factor has a lot going for it, my wife wouldn't even try the 3.1 due to it's size but was quite willing to try and use the Lite...I'm glad I ordered 2 as I'm down to 1 for me, she has the other one....and of course the price has a lot going for it, it works out cheaper than the Terminator C with the Kayfun conversion kit (which I also have); I think they nailed the price point for the Lite quite well, especially with the introduction of the Russian clone.
The wife prefers the 3.1. She keeps a big bottle of her daily vape with a pointy plastic tip next to her, and never has to take the kayfun off her provari.
I don't mind occasionally screwing off the kayfun lite, turning it over, unscrewing the fill hole, etc, etc

Digitalsteam.de has the lites not sure about the others.
Just ordered a lite the 9th, dhl tracking says 60% complete on the shipping process.
Intaste was the place to go (cheaper shipping) but alot of peoples kayfuns got nabbed and sent back by customs leaving people guessing.
nice review, but the way ur wicking it seems like a lot of work, why dont u just wick arround the silica instead of pulling it through afterwards?
a pro for the 3.1 compared to the lite is the possibility of a hybrid mod with the semovar which im currently vaping. really like the look of it. ofc u could scew the lite on top of it too but i personally dont like the slotted 510cap that much.

The wicking is done that way because I am using cotton yarn, not silica. Cotton expands when wet so if you wrap it like silica it will choke the coil when it expands. It's worth the extra five minutes of setup time in my opinion because the flavor is better, the material is cheaper and natural, and swapping wicks but preserving the coil is very quick and easy.
