sahlim, can you post a video of how you fill your kayfun and prevent it from leaking? I know there are many of us that would appreciate it.
Never mind about the video. I just figured it out. I was missing the small o-ring on the top cap. The kayfun works like a dream and I'm thinking about getting another one.

15 Days down and still in Russia.I dont think I will order from them again.
No movement since delivered to Russian Post.
If the Kayfun is manufactured in Germany maybe they should ship from there.
Order time: 11.05.2013 So that means in 3 days it will be a month since ordered.

whats your tracking no.? and your order is from SM or Flavourexpress?
I will get mine tomorrow and ordered April 18 so don't feel so bad lol
from what i have read the posts in this thread, Russian post takes 1-2months to deliver to destination. btw SM is the origin manufacturer, not germany. this gayfun is definitely damn worth it for the wait! I'm also waiting for mine to arrive. why not you drop SM an email to give russian post a call and check on the status.
There is the classifieds if you want to spend $300-$350 or wait for a new one i
you might want to take a look in classified section for an used kayfun that will reach you faster than russian post. of cause none of us want a used kayfun. just a suggestion
Anyone able to explain how Intaste could sell these for around 140 USD (shipped) and they are over 200 USD from the the manufacturer or cloud 9? Seems rididculous to me. I can sort of understand the manufacturer not wanting to undercut a valued distributor but it begs the question as to what the markup is.
i ordered may 11, it shipped may 16 and just today it cleared russian customs. maybe yours is finally clear, too.
I got lucky paid 250.00 brand new k-fun from a friend that purchased more then one then sold on the classifieds...only waited 2 days...was well worth the extra 50.00 bucks
That's nice but if I'm not wrong, you still charge VAT outside the EU zone when intaste doesn't!

man was I lucky! I usually have to get things the hard way....
I rushed on the stock notification, made the purchase. 3mn after, I went back to the site to look at the picture, and there, out of stock again. another 30mn and I received a fedex notification.

just browsed through this....i dropped using silica a long time ago, just mesh or ceramic, my own preference....but this catches some SERIOUS attention....i am russian also so i keep waiting for a mesh kayfun....crazy setup
ev, you can use this one with pretty much anything you like.
if you want to look at a powerful kayfun ceramic setup, look at SteveW's post here.
I also had a preference on solely using ss mesh wicks. Prior to ss mesh gennys the only thing silica I used was a clearomizer. But since kayfun, Ive been open to silica, which has added a little more throat IMO. Definitely feels more convenient when going out and about too.
