So I'm designing my first mod, a variation of the Nicostick.
Battery holder : 2 x AAA Covered Battery Holder with On-Off Switch - RoHS Compliant
Rewired to run (2) 10440's in parallel for 700-1000mah.
First question being whether or not the on/off switch in the box is sufficient to use as a master kill switch or should I get a real 3A switch for it?
Here's the kicker, this is getting put inside an enclosure that is only 17mm deep.
Which leads to the next problem, finding a momentary switch that will fit inside said enclosure, I'm trying to keep a purely stock look to the outside and am attempting to have the existing button actually depress the switch inside. There is some wiggle room as the existing button is hollow and raised about 3mm off the surface. So far I'm having no luck finding this.
So 3A Pushbutton momentary switch with a total height close to 20mm. Anyone?
