No way to tell until you give it a try. You could try your 6 mg and see if it is harsh or causes you to cough. If so, drop to 3 mg.

My first rebuildable was a kayfun Lite+ tank, and I was still using my typical 12 mg in my first tankful. It was slightly harsh to vape, but what I noticed most was caffeine-like overdose. Lightheadedness, slight headache, jitters, "buzzed". The next day I used 6 mg and those symptoms disappeared.

I can vape 6mg on my RDAs. But 'can' is the operative word. That would really only be if someone else offered it to me. If using my own juice, its only 3mg. And, even with the 3mg, I still sometimes get a caffeine-like high (like what Baditude mentioned) off of the mass dose of nicotine... its controllable though if I slow down my vaping.

But its not overwhelmingly painful to vape 6mg. Anything higher truely hurts though.
