Hey,
I am taking some measurings from these two chips and I have found some issues with the YIHI SX350 chip.
I use an Efest purple 35A 2500 Mah new battery in both chips SX 350 and dna 30 clone, with a 1.6 ohm resistanse and 30 watt setting
Everything works fine in both chips until my battery falls to 3.7v.At this point the SX 350 starts to blink and gives 30 watts-10 watts in cycle.
The dna 30 clone untii the battery falls at 3.5V gives the 30 watts. Both use the same battery. It seems that dna can give full potentials until 3.5v but SX350 at 3,7v gives the 30 watt-10 watt cycle.Do you know what may it indicates this thing?

Are you trusting what the board says or do you have external metering.

A partially charged battery is not capable of producing the same power as a fully charged one.

Before a battery is discharged it is no longer able to supply the power it did when fully charged.

A partially charged battery is fine supplying the milli amps required to run the board and the boards tell the charge state of the battery by the voltage they supply.

When you fire the atty a lit more power is required from the battery. One thing that happens is that the voltage the battery can supply drops.

I only have an Evolve DNA so I am not sure about the clone.

The battery level indicator on the SX board drops when you fire and the DNA does not. So the DNA is not showing the voltage from the battery under load.

If the DNA is not checking that the battery can supply the required power and the SX is then that would explain the difference.

Seriously? That's horrible. Real DNAs give 30w from fully charged to cutoff.

So does my SX350. Bad board or battery maybe? Just saying. I'm using 2 VCT4 Sony batteries in parallel to power my SX350 Box Mod. Really haven't hit bottom in battery charge even vaping it all day.

Sent while presently sitting on my .... watching mind numbing prattle on the TV. 257 Channels and nothing on.
