tried another couple of builds in the xeta yesterday. not great results. a 2mm ID multi strand fused clapton. tried two slightly different builds but both came out at 0.08 which wasn't right. back to north bridge and nord coil until more time can be spent on it... and maybe I'll discover smaller fingers somewhere.
Maybe you should try a less rowdy coil? A 5 wrap/2.5 mm ID coil of this wire comes out around 0.47 and vapes great in the Xeta.
Ok, now that's far out. It's one thing for the Chinese cloners to mess this up, but Haku themselves?This all originates from the original Haku Xeta. They also offer the"plastic" barrels, I have no idea how they make it work?

.5 is fine and just play with the wattage until you get what you want out of it. I'd go for 2.5 for the id though. You could do 2 I guess, but that's kinda small and you might have to piddle with the wicking a bit to prevent leaks.
By the way, how on Earth are you getting a resistance of .08 with a single 2mm coil.
What is the materiel, configuration and number of wraps etc?
i know. something wasn't right. ni80 4 strand core of 28 wrapped with 36. 4 wraps.
Yeah, according to my calculations that should have had you around .17 give or take a hair.
.08 at 3.7 volts would be pulling like 40 amps at 150 plus watts. The mod shouldn't even let you fire that.
Forgive my habitual mech calculation.
50 watts at .08 ohms on a reg would be pulling 25 amps at 2 volts. No vapor. Hardly.
yup. don't know what was going on with it. last similar coil i tried (2.5 ID) came out at 0.33. back to square one for the next attempt with simpler wire.
Just to throw it out there, it might pay to start with something simpler for this setup. Say like a twisted 28 of Ni80 for 6 wraps. Or even a simple round 26.
I love single strand 6 to 7 wraps of 24g 316 at 26 to 30 watts....

I have nothing against Kanthal, but I'm not a huge fan. Even for wattage setups I prefer Nichrome or SS.

Escribe and it’s more than anything I’ve had access to before. Coming from side by sides. Started with kato mech, to vxostick mini, smoant Knight v1&v2. This form factor is perfect. I’ve been spoiled with tc vaping and this dna60 is doing great so far. I’m so impressed I just bought another before there “discontinued”.
Also purchased the insider and extra Boro. Gonna build that tomorrow

I’ve read all 90 something pages on this before receiving my sxk bb. Good info here. I wanted to throw out there that the usb charges and does data transfer on the sxk billet box. Not sure if I read that before. Got mine from
