I wonder, I love the other condensation plugs, the ones that go underneath the tank, have several plus plans to print them too. I wonder if it'll work with Nord coils. I'll find out when it gets here, at least 3 weeks time!
Yes, let us know how you get on with it. I will probably end up getting one just because it's a Billet Box bit but I certainly don't think I particularly need one.....the biggest factor is the possibility it will cut down the airflow even the open ones :)

Really glad that you're enjoying it....you sound almost exactly like me when I got one. It's a common reaction actually simply because it produces such a great vape...

You're going to love the vapeshell....it's my favourite so far :)

I’m really struggling with my SXK VapeShell, spent hours & hours on it I’ve the weekend but I keep getting a slight burnt hit and every time I refill it just leaks (lots!!!)

Could be a duff atty or I’m just doing something wrong! But I’ve stuck around 15 builds in here with different airflow configurations but no joy. So went back to the Kanger RBA until my Insider & Excocet arrive this week. The A tank came today though, have a 1ohm Atlantis head in there and it’s pretty good, just waiting on my EUC adapter to arrive then I’ll give these EUC Ceramic coils a try :)

Issues with the Vapeshell aside I’m still really impressed with the BB. Definite winner for me :)

Here, try this build. It works for me, you might be needing more cotton. 3mm is the ideal width of the coil although you could build 2.5mm

Thanks for the links and info on the condensation plugs.
I prefer DL 95% of the time. At least these shouldn't be a 'must have'. Hopefully being DL will lessen the need. I did see one person posted putting some cotton under the tank- I guess the idea is, it is less restrictive, air wise, than a piece of plastic; but it can limit any possible liq to one area vs seeping toward the electronics.

Sorry to hear about the vapeshell trouble :)

Watch this video and wick it exactly like you see.. Works everytime for me.

Glad you're loving the Billet Box... It is impressive isn't it :)

Maybe go to the Atmizoo site. They have some good tips on setting up the Vapeshell. I use both the SXK clone and the authentic on different BBs all day at the moment. It's worth persevering. I use 3mm NI80 fused claptons (6 wraps of 2.6 Ohms/ft). Resistance about 0.4 Ohms vaping around 30 watts. The second largest airflow plug works for me with this setup and I get no dry hits or leaking (maybe the odd gurgle) when I wick it right.

I cut a thin microfiber cloth or Duramax washable paper towel and stick it underneath the tank. It's easily washable and will hold eliquid from going everywhere. More than condensation plugs works for me every time. Press slightly when you put in the tank.

Lol... Yes I must get round to the Surface soon... It's still in the awaiting cupboard with a bantam box and all sorts of other stuff :)

I decided to get 3 lots of those gold innards that sxk have started doing. 30 $ is such a a good price. Looks like it comes with a flush fit and button. Now to find an engraver so that I can personalise them.

@Susaz the vapeshell is hands down down the best rebuild able for the BB.. You'll think the same shortly :p:D
I do believe it! I have the original, I wonder if the clone is just as good.

The SXK Vapeshell clone looks pretty rough - chimney section and deck don't fit beautifully together like the Atmizoo version but it vapes nearly identically. I'm running them side by side with the same juice and build and can't really tell the difference. It's a bummer cause Atmizoo designed a special atty there and it's not expensive. They deserve all the sales they can get. I bought the original after the clone and wish I'd never bought the clone. Guilty!!

My clone VapeShell has the engraving on the wrong side of the upper section. If you put it together with the engraving facing out, the sections do not fit together properly. The mating cut out on one side is wider than the other, I assume that is the same for the authentic.

I ordered an SXK Vapeshell last night from 3F, I choose 3F because FT seemed to not be engraved and I wanted the match marks. I'll inspect it when it arrives.

Mine fits together perfectly....really good bit of machining actually. I guess some of you have been unlucky :)

My first one from FT was engraved but subsequently they've been blank. You've made the right choice I hope but let us know when it comes through :)
