At least you did not have to take basket weaving. LOL. That was a legit class in my HS. We had to go out and FIND the vines (I was terrified of poison ivy, but my please were ignored.) Then we had to "cure" the vines, followed by weaving them.
No offense, but my basket would up looking like the kind of thing you'd fined made in those assisted living places, from the Department of Disability. I forget what I used mine for but like, IDK because it was barely functional.
I think I got a B plus. I think my mom wanted me to go in and say I should get a higher grade because I did it "artistically on purpose." I said, "Mom. It's basket weaving. I really don't think it will ruin my future. If YOU want to go, fine."
Stainless is nice. Nice. Brass is nice. I shave with some old brass Gillettes from around 1920. I fondle them. They're nice.

At least you weren't forced to take cooking

I hate to break it to you but at the ripe old age of 11ish, my mom got really sick and I was advised, as the oldest daughter, by my dad, to cook.
Oh, I knew how to cook already. My Mother broke her knee when I was young. What I didn't like is what cooking class forced us to make and then eat. yuck.I hate to break it to you but at the ripe old age of 11ish, my mom got really sick and I was advised, as the oldest daughter, by my dad, to cook.
So I did take "cooking" in the sense that I had to feed a family of four nightly. Fortunately, there were cook books so I just gave my dad a list every week and... yeah.
I'm a good cook although there are times where I have a hard time shrinking it down to, oh, two people but I most assuredly had "cooking."
Thank the lord, not sewing. I mean. I can sew on a button but that's about it.

My SXK Doggy arrived a couple of days ago and so far, I like it a lot. Those large flat screws make it easy to catch the coil leads and wicking is super easy on this. The tank threads were crunchy on mine. Felt like it was cross-threading at first, but then it would click into place and screw in normally. The spare PC tank I also got has smooth threading which was a relief. I also removed the top o-ring of the deck with no issues/leaking at all.
I'm using it with the air flow wide open and it's a comfortable MTL draw for me. On occasion, I actually catch myself doing a restricted DL on it too - lol.
I enjoy RDTL to Tight'ish MTL, even slightly tighter than the SXK Doggy but for some reason, I prefer to vape this atty on the wide open setting. I'm also certain I'd be happy with the SJMY version.
To those asking about the paw print; mine came with it on the chimney. Lovely.
Anyway folks, I'll be keeping it in rotation with pleasure. Heres a couple of photos for you to finish off my post
Coil: 28ga SS316L, 7 wraps, 2mm ID, ~0.5ohm + Cotton. TC vaping but works well in wattage too - for me.

0.3mm (28ga) SS 316L double parallel wire, 4 windings Ø 3mm.Anyone has any suggestions for a proper flavor build on the Doggy?
0.3mm (28ga) SS 316L double parallel wire, 4 windings Ø 3mm.
It will give 0.20 - 0.25 ohm (dependig on the way you mount the coil).
Ø 3mm dont't fit the deck properly without a short, so after mounting you'll have to pull it up with a 2.5mm drill. This will reduce the size of the diameter of the coil and lift it a bit away from the screws.
Then you wick it in a way, that the cotton don't rest on the bottom of the deck.
You cut the edges of the cotton at an 45 angle (this will prevent cotton overfill of the juice flow).
Place the cotton properly in the juice flow.
Wape at 20-25 Watt.
Enjoy.
