Well with all the subtle messages I had to pick up an Aqua II. retrox if you have the time I would also be interested in hearing about the single coil and pic of how you close off the other two channels to prevent flooding.
Just quickly on the single coil set up. I close off the unused side air hole in the deck with the supplied screw. Then I just roll a "U" shaped cotton wick (turn it upside down) then I pack each leg into the unused channels. Pack tight. This can stay there for as long as you want, it does not get nasty because no heat is applied over there.
Then you just build your coil on the open side as normal.
As an option, I have also split the wick into two parts after threading through the coil so in essence you have four wick ends. Two of those I feed beside the inside of the positive and negative poles to the channels opposite the coiled side...they can feed the coil from those channels. The other two ends feed the channels on the coiled side. I like the first method better. Less chance of flooding.
I use a 0.5 ohm, twisted 28g so it does vaporize any excess juice, but it is easiest to just block the unused channels with the 'U' wick and then build like normal single coil on the other side.
Don't forget to block the air hole on the deck where there is no coil.
This is just one way to do it. I will take photos next time I wick.
