The market has dramatically changed since the SXminiM was released. Just about every JoyTech mod that has released recently has not one but 3 TCR memories, they all have the TEMPERATURE adjustment on the Up/Down buttons and fairly easy to navigate menus.

While I may eventually get a "Q" (that red one has my name on it!) it won't be for any new/special/quality quality reasons rather I like the looks of the red one.

I may be trending to marry tanks with specific mods these days and just about all of them have top fill ability. So changing wire types and re-calibrating the base resistance of the coil are no longer issues. It would be nice if the "Q" had features similar to the new 213 - that one is on my 'buy soon' radar.

I have been eyeing this Q Class for a few months now. I have the Reuleaux DNA200 and love it. Since I've started doing more TC builds with SS/NiCh80 I have really enjoyed the TC with the DNA200. I wanted to try the Yihi chip, but I'm not paying $200 for a mod with a single battery (18650 or 26650). So when I saw this one was a dual 18650, I was all in.

Just checked, for the hundredth time, this afternoon and Varitube has the Diamond Black/Titanium IN STOCK!!!! I had paid within 60 seconds. I was thinking about that blue/titanium, but the original pics looked like a darker blue and now it looks more cobalt. The other colors won't be in stock until next week, so there wasn't much thought. I believe the 2 panels are supposed to be replaceable, so I can change my mind later. If no one else has posted pics by the time it arrives I'll post some in this thread.

Just got my SX Mini Q Class in yesterday (Saturday). I planned on downloading the YihiEcigar SXi driver today. I wanted to play around with it in TC mode. But, I can't get on the Yihi /SX Mini website. It says server busy, try again later. Even tried it on my phone and had the same message. WTF.

As for the mod, I really like it so far. The menu has a lot of options and surprisingly the instruction manual is pretty informative. Most manuals from Chinese manufacturers are hard to read because of the language gap. They use "please" and "kindly" way too much.

One con I did find, my authentic Sony VTC5 batteries are a very tight fit when installing them. They came out easily enough, but it did make a small tear (not all the way through) in the top of the wrap. I have 2 new VTC5s and 2 LG HG2s coming in tomorrow. I believe the HG2 is slightly shorter than VTC4 & 5s. Most of my LGs (HB2,4,6, HE4, HD2, HD4, HD2C) are shorter than VTCs. We'll see. But it's not really a big deal.

Compared to my Reuleaux DNA200, RX200, iPV5, Sigelei 213, and Vapor Flask Classic, this is by far the best quality mod I have. I can't speak for the chip yet, but as far as the build quality, this is really nice. I've been looking for a silicone sleeve, but haven't see any for sale yet. I'm sure they'll be out later this month.

I got my Q from varitube off pre-order last week. I love the device but have 2 issues so far. First when I connect the device to the software it is saying my firmware is old and I need to update to V2.05 which I am unaware of any version past the V1.90 the device came with. I have sent YiHi support a message on this but have not heard back as of yet.

The second issue is troublesome for me as I encountered this with the M class but I already see some paint coming off at the edges of the plates. I have not created a ticket to varitube or YiHi on this issue yet.

I was wondering of anyone else has had issue with the software and the Q?

Ok I went to the YiHi site and downloaded the Q software from the site which I though was the one I was running and the software is acting normal now.

I have opened a ticket with Varitube on the paint issue lets see what happens.

same problem I experienced when I tried to update my sx350v2 mods. The software 2.05 was the older version, glad you sorted it out.

I just had to send my Q Class back to Varitube. The stainless steel top cap/510 connector was loose. It was rotating about 20-30 degrees. It would still work, but I was worried that it would get worse and completely break after the warranty ended.

I contacted Varitube and Perry was really great. He responded within 30 minutes and sent a return shipping label immediately. He said he hadn't heard of anyone having this issue with the mods that were recently shipped out, but someone with a demo had this same issue. If it had been a $50 iPV I wouldn't have sent it back. But for a $200 mod, this shouldn't be a problem. Hopefully it won't take too long for my new one get here.

I did play around with the SXi Q program before sending the mod back. YiHi does not make it easy to download and update their software. I finally got it figured out after watching several videos. I have the Reuleaux DNA200. As far as Escribe vs Yihi, it's not even close. You can do SO much more with Escribe. That being said, the SX mini Q Class is a much more quality mod than the Reuleaux.

You know what really Bugs Me!! I preordered one of these 2 months ago! Paid up front & waited.
Now for the last 5 days or so anyone can buy one from Varitube or Origin Vapes & here I still wait!
I have lost all RESPECT for Yihi as a company Period! What PeaBrain though it was a good idea to have stock in shops before we got ours! I guess preordering just makes you a SUCKER! Do they have no sense of responsibility to people who paid them months ago! I hope your reading this Yihi! Your just plain stupid! Or I am for preordering this thing :(
