Curious to see the symptoms and problems people had while smoking tobacco cigs.

I'll start:

fatigue, headaches, sinus problems, nausea:(
happiness, empty bank acct. and the ability to walk away from a fight ... :D

No health issues other then my 10 K times went from 37.2 mins to forget about it...

I hope vaping brings back my lungs to help me run again .. Day one 4 me today.

When I have tried a cig (since I started vaping I try a cig, or more accurately a few puffs of one lol, about once a month to see how it feels) yeah I get the nausea and dizzyness too - think thats the Carbon monoxide. Couple that with nic rush (too too much though, it feels awful not at all like I remember) irritated nasal passages, and taste of old socks in mouth.

3rd day, much fewer cigs....27 fewer 1st day, 29 second....already noticing difference...Biggest yuck??? White chunks coming out of my throat all day yesterday..sorry if TMI, lol!
Smoking has caused lots of sinus problems and tons of post nasal drip, thick pleghm in the back of my throat and now I'm noticing the "yuck". Also noticing easier breathing already...amazing!

I hated the awful smell that clung to me, especially in the morning. I think those FSC cigs made me feel like death, moreso than I did before.

Fire safe was the beginning of the end for me enjoying a good cig.. I even went as far to re- tube my M-reds into zigzag tubes to loose the FSC chemicals and get my flavor back.

Have to agree they made me feel sick too..

Yep yep, that was the path to ruin for me as well. After FSC was added every cigarette tasted like an ashtray (I'd know, I've licked one on a dare before, ugh), and it was frustrating to smoke, because your cigarette would go out constantly while you were smoking it and then when you set it down it would burn down the rest of the cig (at least mine always did >_> it's like the FSC was meant to make you smoke more cigs).

I actually enjoyed smoking cigs before FSC was implemented (well, minus the morning cough, but the FSC made that a LOT worse, it got to the point where it was like having an asthma attack).

To summarize my symptoms from smoking: morning cough, phlegm, airway constriction, coughing, fatigue, insomnia, and sometimes headaches.

Also lung/throat pain sometimes upon inhaling, though not constant in anyway (sometimes it'd happen once a day, sometimes once a week, really inconsistent).
