TAIFUN GT O-RING SIZES
17 x 1.5 are at each place where the end of the tank seals..
12 x 1 mm on the chamber cap.
11 x 1 mm or 12 x 1 mm under the sliding sleeve.
4 x 1 on the end of the chimney (fill line).
2 x 1 mm under the 510 screw's head.
5 x 1.5 mm goes on the drip tip

Can anyone tell me if these O-ring sizes are the same ones that I would get for the FT Taifun GT-S with AFC? (The one with the red o-rings) I ordered some replacements on ebay and they don't fit it but I'm not sure what sizes they sent me.

The list is correct for thr TGT-S, also there is one under the AFC ring, it's about 18 x 1 mm

dwcraig1, Are these the kind I want, Metric Buna O-rings 17 x 1.5mm Price for 50 pcs - Orings and More - or should I get the silicone ones?

That is the one that I use, the metric silicone rings they sell there are 75 duro so they would be good also in comparison to the soft ones that come on the clones.
You may want to buy from the O-Rings - The O-Ring Store, We make getting O-Rings easy! instead where you can buy smaller amounts. I get mine from o-rings and more though.

I have two. The only problem i had was slight leaking from the oring where you slide the bottom chimney onto the deck which is quite common with Taifun clones. Simple fix with some Teflon tape or dental floss under the oring...eventually i'll just replace it with the correct size. Other than that i've had no issues. That being said, i'm no expert and have not tried to remove the removable deck so take it for what it is.

Are those have good threads ?

I mean I'm looking for a decent clone but FT stuff looks somehow bad to my eye.

Cant find Hcigar so probably will go with hotcig

Just some ID measurements from TGT tanks/sleeves of mine.
Original TGT 1, 20.20 mm
FT type A TGT 1, 19.27
TGT II clones with 1.5 mm sleeves, 18.48 mm
FT 2080500 TGT II clone, 19.52 mm.
Keep in mind that there isn't all that much clearance between the inside wall of the tank and the outside wall of the chamber.

So if anyone knows where to buy 3rd party tank liners for the TGT II that are 1.2 mm or less wall thickness in glass or plastic please post a link (cheap ones)

Just dropping in to say thanks to dwcraig. He's been ridiculously helpful and patient with me in learning how to use different tools.

Anyways I've finally succeeded in slotting out my TGT II airholes

I wanted to do this but was afraid I wouldn't be able to remove all the metal fragments inside cause the deck doesn't come apart..or does it?
