I think this one was the first TGT II clone sold by FT, $14, replaced the thick walled plastic tank liner with a thin glass one.

Apparently my video has been censored, I wonder what's up with that.
Well it appears that it wasn't censored after all, just some problem with the server or something. I removed the video as is really did need to go.
This is with the one that I have coiled with Nickel.

^^^ I have about 15 of them, I think some of them fit at least one of mine but since they are the ones that have a 2 mm thick wall I doubt if I'll ever use them anyway. (3 different SKU's)
does your glass piece come loose from the the metal piece? Mine fits my TG2, fits nice and snug. But it seems like the glass needs to slide up a little, it leaks from the top where the glass and metal meet and it seems like the glass needs to slide up a bit. I cannot tell if it is stuck or if it is just not removeable

I posted back a few pages about having to use a 20 x 1 mm o-ring on the top of the ones that have the 2 mm thick glass/plastic tank sleeves. That's the size of the sleeves bottom o-ring. You may need to "machine" some off the top of the metal part of the tank. Here's a post that describes how but it's with a Kayfun part. Attack of the (Kayfun v4) Clones! | Page 194 | E-Cigarette Forum
The glass is removable from the metal part, just unscrew the top, remove the o-ring and slide the glass out. Be sure to have the bottom o-ring for the sleeve properly seated upon re-assembly.

Thankfully that is one of the 11 sizes I ordered and should have in hand any day now. My glass will not slide out. I have tried a warm soapy water bath and still no budge

It is probably stuck to the bottom o-ring and the o-ring is stuck too, try freezing it.

This is with the one that I have coiled with Nickel, I should have used one of the Nichrome coiled ones. They would have been a better example but what the hey.

Did you hack the security feed :)

Hello Taifun fans. This is an atty that Ive gone back and forth on weather I want one or not. Im not very adventurous.

I will be getting one in a week or so ( waiting for the present owner to get in the Steam Tuners Clear tank ) It will include the drip conversion parts. It looks pretty straight forward in build, etc. Has anyone here used the dripper conversion?

Haven't used the dripper conversion, but I literally JUST ordered the ST Clear Tank for my GT2 like 20 minutes ago, lol

Since acquiring my Taifun, it has probably been my most used atty by far. It's always ready to go, and gets used almost daily, I just love it. So quick and easy to build and wick, so swapping juices is a breeze.

It's just a wonderful device. Great flavor, plenty of AF for most tastes, but it's wonderful dialed back and MTLing it

I also personally like the look of it (some don't jive with it). I REALLY like the look with the ST clear, oh jeebus it's seckzi :)

You're going to like it...A LOT...that's a guarantee ;)

Are you only planning on using it in dripper mode?

I dont know if I would have bought the dripper conversion. Im sure I will try it out, its part of the trade. Think she got it at DOMO on sale.
As soon as that ST tank gets to the present owner it will ship to me.

I wanted the dripper kit way before and realized I was never going to use it... But I'm not much of a dripper either.

So, avid am I reading your acronyms correctly? You traded a subtank for a taifun? If that's the case, That was a great trade IMHO.

Dwcraig1 and I have the same question, gt1 or gt2? :D

I think either one would be perfect for AAF, but I'm also curious :)

Yes toothpick works good, or pull the draw tube up higher.
Avid, is this is a TGT 1 or 2?

Thanks, will try that.

LOL, no, traded a full Odysseus V2 for the Taifun. She had sold hers a while ago and missed it.

I am getting a Taifun GT 2, the dripper kit, and the ST tuners tank and maybe a SS tank, not sure if the SS tank will work on the GT2. I think its a pretty even trade for the Odysseus V2 full set and with all the extras I sent .

The stainless tank will fit either a GT1 or GT2. I'm not sure what a "ST tuners tank" is... If you don't mind me asking, what did you trade them? I saw ST and thought that meant subtank (as in kanger subtank).
