I don't know why it gripes me so much to take a pic and send it to them. They sent it to me for Petes sake. Here is what I got, all pieces. Bottom left is the tank upside down, next to it the base on the bottom right
So then the chamber cap is completely missing just as you stated. I liked the missing holes better as I could have exchanged mine for yours and drilled them myself. But you don't even have it.

That doesn't fit inside the chamber, it fits on the outside (on the threads) basically the tank top.
You have to have them send it to you.

When you send them the photos use paint or something and send them the image with an arrow pointing to the part which is missing, and add text saying missing part. Since I started doing that I save a few back & forths, and have always got it fixed.

Not fun to wait so long to get something, then not be able to use it because they forgot a part, has happened to me a few times.

The part on the far left? I believe its the dripper conversion cap. If you want to use it as a RDA you place that on top of the base.

That top on the left is an alternative top cap if you want to use it as a dripper.

THe chamber cap should have come with it so you can use it as a tank and looks like this, very odd they sent the alternative part and not the more important part you need to use it , the person packaging it that day probably has no clue. Just send them the photo below and tell them you need it.

Well now the darn folks at Fasttech will really be confused. I have sent them a stock picture of their own, a stock picture of a GSL and highlighted the chamber cap, The picture I finally made myself and lastly the pic AnAvidFan sent. You know they a standing there scratching their heads :?:

The maddening part is the 24 hours you have to wait, after you send a response to them, for them to get back to you

Be thankful you didn't buy it from Gearbest, about 3 weeks from now you would get a reply asking if you can use it as is, and offer you $5.00 off

Well that is the hassle I am dealing with now at Gear Best. NEVER EVER again.
Bought two 60 watt Eleaf Isticks towards the end of September. Few weeks ago I felt like alright been long enough, where are the darn things. And then it was one of those things "did I buy them? Maybe I forgot to hit "pay" Searched through emails for tracking, nothing.
Now I have to track down pymt method. Oy Vey. Sure enough I paid Sept 23 and now they say it was 'not in stock' they offer me three options
1)refund
2) store credit
3)choose something else
I have been choosing refund over and over again for the last 48 hours and they keep coming back going 'well you know we have that right here now and can have it ready to go in a few minutes, sure you do not want it?"
I have turned to my credit card company for a refund

So I received my Shenray GSL yesterday and just about left it in the box when I seen that the air outlet between the posts was only 1.85 mm. Then I thought maybe with the three holed upper AC ring it would be airy enough, it is.
These are some of the good points that I observed, the 510 screw is silver plated brass, that's a plus for a temp controlled device. The post and their screws are real good also.
I'll get to the "bad" parts here now.
The o-ring that seals the bottom of the tank was completely under the upper AC ring. Also it appeared that the tank with chimney tube wasn't screwing on far enough to put the chimney tube's small o-ring inside the chamber's cap. I corrected this by sanding the upper side of the upper AC ring. I had to do almost the same to my 19 mm Hotcig GS2.
In the end all is well.
Leave off the upper AC ring and screw on the tank to see where it needs to be.
Oh, I was having leaking problems till I did the above, that was after wicking it 3 times as I thought that that was the problem.
So my recommendation is if you must have a 23 mm it's either this or the original but the best buy is one of the 22 mm models, they have slightly better performance due to increased air flow...IMO (of coarse)
So correct me if I'm wrong. The 23mm GSL are not as good as the 22mm hot cig GS2?

That's perfect. I ordered 2 of the Shen Ray 23mm GSL!

Judging by the atties in your sig I don't think you will be disappointed by the Shenray GSL, airflow isn't that different, I have no problem lung hitting the GSL with just the bottom open, and if you need a bit more you can always open the top. Flavor hit is pretty negligible with the top open.
