Thanks...I've been enjoying the Air quite a bit since it arrived, and this Dicodes is just a pleasure to hold and use :)

I was told to ask @dwcraig1 this question by @roxynoodle. I am looking for a Good Taifun GT II clone and FT does not list if those are 1:1 or not so I am not too sure which one to get, or even if a 1:1 is better than some other clone is. I am on page 106 of this thread but haven't gotten to the part where that conversation has taken place. Can you advise me on a purchase ? Thank You in advance.
hahaha...just read back enough today to find this post...DWCraig is the resident Taifun expert (and darn nice guy) and I turn to him regularly for his knowledge.....;)

I've spent far too much on gear the last couple months. Went dna200 crazy. So I have to curve the buying for now.

I'm pretty happy with my GSL (not so much the gs2).... So for now I'm going to have to exercise restraint.

Gsl? How's that different than the 2? Also are there crossover parts between atomizers? I'll be waiting for an air clone then consider it. Can't decide to spend on that when I want a cloudone.

I so very nearly bought a divided when they were on sale but I just can't much like you ice overspent my limits for now. Until I sell my HnP which is only a couple weeks old - then I'll grab something new.

Plus you can add the air reducer to the air outlet as well making the TGT II vape just like a TGT1
Service set, it should have come with one (red arrow)

My mistake, comes with two of them.

The pic I posted is what was in my service kit. Which was authentic. But no dice on that part

Apparently smokerstore can't even bag parts correctly. And it was ridiculously expensive for what it is. Gah ridiculous. I wish I'd checked it after I bought the damn thing.

You know I bought the spares kit and the service kit from Vapinart along with another o ring kit for a different atomizer. It was like $35 for some Orings and screws. I've asked them to please send those two over. In previous dealings they've been very good. Unfortunately given my surgeries I never even looked in there really. So hopefully they don't ding me for not reporting it for a while.

The GSL is 23mm the gs2 I have is a 22mm clone, the original gs2 is 19mm only (I believe?)

My particular hotcig gs2 22mm from FT is much less forgiving than my GSL. I think dwcraig1 mentioned something about the oring which is responsible for holding the upper afc ring and sealing the tank to the deck base being not quite up to par so to speak. Or it could be my upper afc is a tad too thick (tall) leaving less oring visible to seal the tank to the base, that may be my issue? Not sure. (dwcraig1 can hopefully chime in with much more informative details)

I could be wrong, but thus far I've had more success and a more satisfying vape from my GSL, plus I've had better success reproducing the builds in the GSL vs the gs2.

I've been using ss mesh wicking straws in both, wrapped around a 2mm screwdriver, again in both. And I've had leaking in the gs2 way more so than the GSL.

Again, this is only my personal experience so YMMV.

I think maybe that o-ring should be totally under the tank even more than I was making it be.
It may be possible of your leaking but there could be other reasons.
I need to mess with them some more.......

And if you disagree, I'll beat you senseless with it...lol!

Yah. Barely bigger than an analogue innit!

...and why do smokerstore not clean their atties before they send them out. For this price, machine oil (and a lot of it) is frankly unacceptable...eejits!

Because they're absolutely bloody useless at everything. They can't bag spares properly
For crying out loud.

No response yet from the local guys. I may have to email a different address

Honestly every time I try to go back to
The gt2 I find he flavor lackluster along with density. I was so up on it for such a long time and now it Just seems mediocre. At best. I'm hoping the air restrictor will enhance it a bit.

its about a foot long....I kid you not! I think 350 mode may be in order. Batt should last almost...I dunno...about 10 mins with the Air on board...

ps. the word censor on ECF is a bit over zealous...

Lol. That's how I feel about the provari p3 in general. Smokerstore really need to figure out how to maximize liquid volume in their designs and shave some size off the beasts they make.

Does it vape better than the gt2 ? - different ?

Did you get he new Kayfun mini and if so please contrast and compare :$
