Oringsandmore.com 1mm and 1.5mm each by every size on Craig's list for the Taifun GT. There the Metric 70 Duro, Buna o-rings. I hope that that will fix me up for my GT-2-S. Around $56 for everything, Free shipping. :)

Edit: I forgot this, I also added 18,19,20mm by 1mm and by 1.5mm. ;)

Geeze. I just checked out Smokers Store and looks they don't have hardly anything in stock for the Taifun GT/GT-2. No atomizers (GT/GT-2) at all, and no small parts either. I don't feel a bit bad about buying my clones now, I mean, how else will I get one.

buying of Orings becomes a constant it seems, just when you think you have them all...a need to buy more arises. I will never forget the panic I suffered when I thought I threw my whole bag away (took more than a year to collect, every size imaginable) Dug through the trash many times for it.

One person's trash is another person's treasure. You really did throw them out?

NO. Thought I did. I had multitudes in one of the big envelopes for mailing, each time I would get more in the mail I would add it to this over filled envelope. Misplaced the whole envelope one day and scoured the house in all usual places and it did not turn up. By then I assumed it got thrown out with the daily mail/trash. This was now 2-3 days later, many bags to dig through, trying to match up trash with days etc...big nightmare. I finally gave up. Two days later I found the bag in my closet next to my safe. Never did figure out how or why I put it there. Was just thankful I found it. Now I treat it like the bag that contains the family jewels.

I remember reading that post chanel, it seems that you were "Fit to be tied" with panic. If it is any consolation, I do that kind of thing ALL the time, and the harder I try NOT to, the more I'm apt to do it again. Sometimes I can't win for losing.

I just got my 2 airflow tubes in from Amazon.

(1) PEF 2mm x 4mm x 12"
(1) PTFE 2mm x 3mm x 12"
came in a box measuring a svelte  18" x 9" x 9" carrying two 12" x 2" x 2" boxes (containing (1) tube each) with (3) layers of those air filled plastic pillows.

My Glass Tank Atomizers don't come packaged that securely for crying out loud.:lol::lol:
I was expecting a Bubble envelope with (2) looped around tubes in it that could fit in my mail box, this was delivered to my door, on the shoulder of the delivery guy, like he was carrying a leg of beef from the butcher shop.

Does that spring around the 510 screw on the Taifun GT-2-S give anyone ohms fluctuations when running regular Kanthal builds in Power Mode ? Mine will deviate a few 100's of an ohm either up or down most every time I take the tank off my Cuboid to do a re-fill. This last re-fill it went from 1.32Ω up to 1.38Ω and it can go up 2 or 3 100's more on the next re-fill, then back down to around 1.35Ω on the re-fill after that. I asked the same question over on the Cuboid thread also, just in case it is the mod. It seems to stay in the region of 1.32Ω to 1.41Ω after about 10 re-fills, it just fluctuates.

The spring is there to try and keep thme screw in i'ts adjusted position. I remove the screw periodically and clean it by holding the threaded part tightly between paper towel with fingers and screw it in and out of the paper with a screw driver. I keep mine all the way in when possible.
With Kanthal it shouldn't matter to much to have it off a bit but with TC wire it plays havoc when incorrect.

I checked resistance before I unscrewed the Taifun from my Cuboid and got 1.31Ω, cleaned the screw/spring as you suggested and reassembled and screwed it in tightly and got a resistance of 1.28Ω, so we'll see what happens now. I'm running Kanthal (for those just tuning in) and didn't expect to be seeing any drift, it surprised me. I'll keep an eye on it for sure. Thanks Craig.

Nope (though I might drop it on the floor due to bad tactile feed back ), it's still on there and in good (Cleaned) shape, it's just that now that I have gone thru all my RTA/RDA/Clearo's I find that this Taifun is the only one that has a spring in the 510, and even tightened down the screw still sits proud of the threads about 0.25mm. On my Cuboid (where it will prolly reside, forever, it just looks good to me) I have .5mm to .75mm of contact with the Cuboid 510 pin before it is fully tightened down. I can put (1) .5mm spacer (but not (2)) under the Taifun base and still make Taifun 510 screw to 510 pin contact on my Cuboid. As I look at the 510 arrangement on the Taifun, I can't see a need for the spring with the shallow 510 pin socket on the Cuboid (if I am tightening the screw down tight anyway, as you alluded to also), but I'll keep the spring in the little baggie of spare o-rings that came with the Taifun so if for some reason I do need it in the future, I have it. I am not planning any TC with this Taifun, just Kanthal builds.
