Here are the pics of the 19mm GS II's base.
I removed all the screws and o-rings. Placed the base loosely between the jaws of my vise with the it's shoulders just resting on the jaw edges. Tapped on the 510 pin screw with a drift pin until the deck section came out, which was only a couple of good taps.
Be careful of the o-ring in the base over the 510 pin hole, it is not secured in place.
The two angles holes are the air feed.
The small Teflon washer goes between the deck top and the round 510 block.

I didn't do any modification to the air flow as I don't really have the proper setup to do it. Just using the Dremel by hand would have ended up in a mess.
I pressed it back together and all is working again.
