Back when I was wicking top coil clearos I tried the so called flavor wick a couple of times and never did like it. What worked better for me was having the extra wick come up to the edge of the coil and end there, one on each side of the coil. Worth a try at least.

No they held it over to suposedly send the SS base with it, but after a month I got it and the deck was chromed brass. So I put in another ticket and was told they resolved it… they're out of stock… Blah, blah, blah! :banghead:
EDIT: Sufie from FT just appolgized for the over zelous CS that sent me down the creek and asured that SS TRUE deck will be sent out to all who filed a ticket. Even posted a pic with scratch test…

Mine was held over for the same thing. Luckily I did the scratch test and confirmed mine was in fact fixed.

rewicked an recoiled my TGT this morning. I forgot to take off the top cap of the chamber when I tried to take out my cotton. Needless to say that coil was ruined.
filled it to the brim with boba's bounty and it's running great again. this rba doesn't seem hard at all considering I'm 2 for 2 on it so far

Re-wicked the same coil with a higher volume of cotton and it's now working GREAT. No dry hits, no flooding, no leaking. Just for curiosity's sake I also made a much longer wick, with the ends well past the build well and hanging down/squashed against the tank. I really didn't think that would fly, but it is. It's at least as great as my Fogger.

Ever review I've read on it has been glowing. Another contender might be the Flash-e if done correctly.

I don't think so. I got the Flash-e from White Stag Vapor and they don't even have it on their site anymore. I looked around and didn't see the ring on their site.
If you want to buy a few I can talk to Jacek.
i was thinking of the ~ 70 people who ordered ~ 130 of the rings and are now disappointed ...........

I got my replacement base yesterday from FT and it is the stainless. It shipped 1/2/14 if that helps anyone.
Ordered one of the stainless tanks but havent tried it yet as someone said they do not fit. I will try it tonight.
