18 x 1 mm o-ring at each end of glass tank, wait isn't one of them fitted on the top cap and the other at the bottom of the glass?

Thanks Craig. Both of them came out. I dropped one down to the bottom of the tank enclosure and slid the tank back in over the top. Then I sat the other one on top of the tank and screwed the cap back on slowly. I had to poke the bottom oring back into place during the cap fitting to keep it from bulging out. At the end of the ordeal the glass tank was snug with no protruding orings. It's working fine now, but I think this will need to be redone whenever I disassemble the tank and enclosure.
EDIT: I did try to put the oring around the top cap, but it didn't look right.
I am so totally in love with this new build using ss mess through the chamber caps of the GS. Holy Moly this is one great way to vape. Wish I could build out my GT's like this.
Mine, the Ehpro GS is doing real good as well, better than the original in fact. (because of the build in it only)
Just tested the draw and loving it. Kids hurry up and go to sleep.

you using the Spheriod method?
How often should you have to change Orings? I cannot get a Taifun to work and not leak for the last week or more
Take a good look(feel) as to how the chimney stem fits into the chamber cap. do this with just the two pieces in your hands. You should be able to feel the "drag" of the 4 x 1 o-ring as it passes through the cap. If it feels like the o-ring it not even there that may be your problem spot. This problem is pretty much found on FT type "B" TGT's. They have cut the groove to deep in the stem and the o-ring can't seal.

That'll do it, or an improperly sized wick will do it every time. Try a couple of thicknesses as tests to be certain. I use KGD, which has great compression, and I may err on the side of dry hit, but almost never leaking any more. If you replace your O-rings and still have leaking out the 510 or air channel, could easily be the wick size. The pressure seal at that point is the most sensitive of all, for me, anyway. Good luck!
Alright-I might be a little thin on my KGD-I am going to try to add a piece on top on each side and see if I get leakage after that.
