I suspect the long shipping times (14 days) is more of it sitting on the floor of US ICS till they "get around" to it.
I hear that, I do. Break Time, Lunch Time, Break Time, Time to Go Home. Government Jobs, gotta Love'em.

exactly how I roll except I open air up all the way and usually more like 1.1-1.2 ohmsI'm running my new "Parts" Taifun GT-T V2 on my VTC mini @ 12 watts and love'in it. Ever since I got my GT-V2-S I have been using it "Exclusively", that is till this GT-T V2 arrived with Acrylic tank (I got 2 bases/5 Acrylic tanks). I finally did measure this tanks capacity at 3.1ml, it's just about a days worth of vaping at 12 watts/1.44Ω and (2) air holes open and air tube reducer (2mm ID x 3mm OD x 5mm L) installed. I am perplexed as to why it is so important to get that small amount of juice into the tank that one resorts to all this q-tip and straw endeavors? Is there a purpose or is this an OCD thing? At times like this, my ADHD inhibits me from absorbing all the details because it seems unimportant. Please, someone, enlighten me as to WHY it is important to get that .3 extra mls in the tankI just re-ordered

because:
After doing the "Straw Fill Method by sedge" Taifun GT Discusion! and getting a full 5ml of juice in my Clear Acrylic tank Taifun GT Discusion! (that petemoss and chanelvapes referred me to get) that I could ONLY get 3.1ml into before, I decided to get (2) more of those base/chimney combos since I have (4) extra of those Acrylic tanks on hand (I originally ordered a (5) pack). I first tried to use the plastic shaft cotton q-tip trick that I used on my Aerotanks (and other tanks as well) to gain extra juice capacity in those tanks, but even the smallest q-tip swelled up too much when wet with juice to use effectively (Way too tight in the chimney shaft to pull out) in the Acrylic Taifun tank from FT (is that considered a Bell Tank by the way ?) . Thanks again @sedge for that "tip & trick", it works BEAUTIFULLY. I haven't tried the "Straw Fill Method by sedge" with my GT-V2-S yet to gain extra juice capacity with that. It should be an interesting experiment though, 6ml or even 7ml I'm guessing ?? I'll check back and let everyone know the result when I do. Maybe it has already been done and I just read over it not noticing, I do that sometimes.
I have a friend that I gave an acrylic tank to and she vapes a lot of anise and lemon flavor. Her tank clouded up. I find that they lose their ability to screw all the way down eventually. I guess the threads strip rather easily. This is why I buy the five pack every month or so. They are kind of disposablejust a bit, but, is there a list that someone has seen that shows all the different "Tank Crackers" that I might avoid while using these Clear Acrylic tanks ?? I am partial to mixing up some menthol e-juice on occasion and don't want to mess up my Acrylic tanks if I have a brain f*rt at 0300 hrs. some morning (or night for me) and put menthol in an Acrylic instead of Glass tank. I usually mix Unflavored ECX Nic @ 10mg/ml + 2% FA Flash and have had NO problems in Acrylic, but Menthol and others I don't know about. In all the different threads I have read (and skimmed thru) I have not run across a list of "Tank Crackers" anywhere that I remember, even on the DIY threads.

well I asked to be enlightened and you did just that. I did not think it was as much as 2mls. I am semi retired and have chased all out of the nest so I have all my space to myself and have vape stuff strewn about all area's including the kitchen table (easy to fill in any part of the house I am in)chanel ma'Lady, it's not .3ml's, it's more like 2ml in my case with the Acrylic tank. Acrylic tank holds 3.1ml for me without using the straw, and 5ml using the straw, I like using the straw method as it keeps me from having to use the stairs more than once a day to fill-up (my legs are not what they used to be) my tank (all my vape equipment is situated downstairs in the basement). I agree though, a .3ml gain/loss is meaningless to even worry about. Also, I do fear that I get fixated on certain things in my life, I try not to, but the inevitability of me having to stay home all the time is pushing me more and more towards, well, you know.
Lemon FairyLemon and Anise ? I know that Lemon is acidic, but never heard of Anise (must be acidic also though). I do not know if Menthol is acidic or not, and that's why I ask, I do know that acidic juices will trash an Acrylic tank (or so I've heard), so I'm that far along anyway. On the DIY thread I asked some time ago about FA Flash being a tank cracker and never got a response, so I just did it and watched my tank and found no problems, so yeah I'm good on that one, but someone must have made a list of tank crackers that can be referenced by others so as to help keep them out of trouble.
PS: I'm going to Google "Anise" right now.

Today I have cleaned all vape stuff off the kitchen table so I can serve my daughter her Birthday dinner of Mexican food, including guacamole and chips all homemade by me![]()
Lemon Fairy
I vape Lemon Cream constantly by Ahlusion and have never had a tank crack or cloud up so I am thinking it is the anise.
I think for the most part the acidic's do ruin tanks and I would be careful with all that is not Ahlusion (known for not cracking.I thought I had at least some of it figured out, but now you say that "Lemon Cream" does nothing to you're tanks. I guess that this is one of those cornfusingdays for me, as I thought ANY acidic liquid would crack an Acrylic tank. Guess I'm wrong, AGAIN.

I grew up on good Mexican too being from Burbank California but here in Georgia you have to make your own if you want anything worthwhile
