What brand cherry? They're usually pretty strong and 5% could be too much. There was one cherry I tried, tfa marachino I think, and I dipped a toothpick in the flavoring and swirled that in the 10ml bottle mix and it was OK but still a bit too much.

You don't say what brands these are...on your fruit loops, the cherry seems high enough to obliterate the other two.

Your Unicorn Milk appears to be all Capella. It's similar to NotCharlesManson's version. Your ratios look ok, but I wouldn't expect an exact clone. Personally, I'm not wild about CAP Sweet Strawberry (I'm in the minority), but your recipe looks good.

From what I've read, never used it myself, that seems like a reasonable %. Hopefully you'll make a small tester, 5-10ml, before committing to a larger batch, just in case...

I make something very similar to it.

I'm actually vaping it right now. So your percentages are certainly in the ballpark.

It's a start, we are all different. Most of my percentages change by the minute depending on factors too numerous to mention.

But in post #5 you said "Unicorn and last one cap the 1st one TFA". In another post you said the Cherry is TFA Black Cherry. So...It's kinda confusing as to what each flavoring really is.

It can make a pretty big difference in the % to recommend to someone... without knowing for sure what the brand is and which exact version (ie. Cherry, Black Cherry, Maraschino Cherry) a flavoring is. You wouldn't think it would be a big deal, but sometimes it definitely is.

By the way, the TFA Strawberry has ethyl alcohol in it, so you'll want to let it evaporate off before you vape that mix.

No worries @Outcast. JC was not scolding you by any means. We completely understand the learning curve when it comes to someone just entering the world of DIY. It can be a real revelation as to how many flavor manufacturers there actually are and how many flavors each of them make. That is why it is important to be specific to what flavors you are using (using correct mfg. name; using complete flavor name).

Most of the folks here on ECF genuinely want you to have the best DIY experience possible, and therefore, want to be giving you the correct information. So, requests for clarifications are not nitpicking, or trying to make you feel like an ignorant "Nube," but only an effort to help you as best we can.

You have nothing to apologize about. We all started out just like you and most of us remember that.

Smell it after cleaning, if no smell, then you're OK Otherwise, try to clean it better/more aggressive and test again.
