So, because of certain events, and things that have been happening throughout the course of our providing liquids, we here have agreed to enforce the following policy on doing favors:
If there are reasonable modifications to items we sell on the site, I'm sure we'll be more than happy to accommodate your requests.
If you have requests of us that are well beyond what we sell on the site, I'm afraid we will not be bending the rules to accommodate these requests, i.e. samples, alternative means of payment, etc.
We HIGHLY SUGGEST that you make yourself aware of what we sell and how we sell it when you order, this way, there are no questions as to what you are buying, and there will be no future incidents where a customer is attempting to hold us liable for their mistakes.
We have an extensive FAQ page on our site, which explains a GREAT DEAL about what we do, how we do it, what we don't do...
It is imperative that we crack down a little to minimize any grievances that are occurring.
