I don't think there is anything wrong with it. Sorry if my post sounded like it was an issue. It's just one of those little things.

I hope you're loving it as much as I love mine. I just had major back surgery and my wife snuck the Atlas into my room. I was stealth vaping on it for two days with a single charge. Obviously not taking huge drags but the charge lasted until I was released on Tuesday.

It's my go to. All of my attys work on it despite the non floating pin si that's great. The only thing I'm finding irritating is that if I change out the batt and don't use the USB, sometimes the wrap on my vtc5s get stuck on the lip of the batt contacts and it distorts it a little. I have to be careful to push fairly hard down to release one end of the batt first to avoid that. Other than that it's a great, great mod.Hey Reef, I pulled the trigger on the Atlas thanks to the reviews online, what Pbusardo said and your shared experience. Ill post some of my experience with it when I get to play around with it a bit. Hope it is still performing like a champ for ya? I would like to not have to buy any other MOD for a long while now. This thing seems real well made, with a wide range of useability. I have been using two mods to get my higher wattages/lower ohm vapeing during the day, (Titan Mech) then switch to a higher ohm/lower wattage (and low nic) later at night. (SVD) This thing should fix all that lol.
Oh ya! Agree 100%It is great for either style of vape. Very consistent
Purdy!
Remember to chew the shroom and not vape it
I got a panasonic ncr18650b for the hell of it and have a .8 ohm coil pushing 30 watts. I've been going 6 hours strong on it with no heat and only about a 3/4 drain so far. I'll be picking up some of the panty 2900 mah's soon because my friends seem to get more vape time and consistency from them than the vtc5s. I still use the vtc5s though on my mechs.
The important message here is that vaping with a regulated device at 30W on a 6.8A battery is not safe, regardless of the resistance of the coils in the atomizer. Note that the battery amp draw goes *up* as the voltage goes *down*. You also have to take into consideration the efficiency of the device. So at 3.5V / 30W, the amp draw is probably closer to 9.4A
