I appreciate the offer to send a top cap, but if something's built wrong or it's missing a part (I really don't feel comfortable re-building anything), I feel like it would be more efficient to just send it to you guys and possibly save time in the long-run. If I wait for a replacement cap and it still doesn't work then
that will waste time since I'll have to send it anyway. Trying to have it working for my b-day. I'm just going to send it to you guys later this afternoon w/ the batteries and some blank cartomizers--I really don't mind paying for the shipping/tracking to get her working and feel confident she's fixed. She broke down on me at work while I was serving tables---when I need it most, haha :)

OK !! send it in please , we will fix it ASAP

I will MAKE SURE it gets a FAST turnaround !

Awesome. Thanks so much. Enjoy laughing at the RMA form I filled out. It looks like I had a seizure when I wrote it. I kept running out of ink and spilled juice on the bottom portion so I just ripped that part off, coupled with my kindergarden writing style, you have my permission to laugh at my expense. :)

Kimmy I'm glad to see you still have your sense of humor through all this! I know it's a pain in the ..., but you'll be so happy when everything is working right!

Haha of course! Electronics are never fail proof. I just feel better that I know it's on the way to someone who knows what to do with it to make it work! :)
