Tell me about how the REO works

I've been hearing these are all the rage, so I'm intrigued. Right now I'm using a few different devices, but the Protanks are a headache. So this I hear is the thing to be doing. That is bottom feed devices.

One thing that I do not get is this. You have to press the bottle correct? How do you know how much to press it?

Also, I'm assuming you have to use a special atomizer that has a hole through it for the juice to come up and fill the well / wick?
I've watched a few videos and haven't seen this properly explained.

Finally, I'm contemplating the 2.1 because of its size. What is the best atomizer to use for this?

For pressing the bottle, I just push my thumb thru the hole in the door - a nice firm press for like 3 seconds and your heater should be wet. Depending on what you use for a heater (atty, carto, Rebuildable atomizer) and how big a drag you take will affect how often you press. (Squonk).

super_X_drifter's video will answer all your questions. All I can say is that it is nice to finally find a mod that makes me happy and I don't have to search anymore. There simple, dependable and to me the ultimate dripper. The reo people alone are reason enough to buy one. I've never seen a more caring group of people. Yes, that atomizer will work perfectly with the Mini. As far as items being out of stock, PM Rob (redeyedancer) and let him know what you are looking for. The website stock is not always up to date.

I've tried other commercially made bottom feed atty's as well as several that I've modified myself, but I keep coming back to the Reomizer 2.0. It's just the perfect match for any of the Reos. Best flavor, and vapor production and better then any tank I've ever used. Maybe if the regulated device ever comes back, or perhaps even a VV/VW that goes up to about 20 watts, then I can see how the dual coil 22ml. attys might really shine. But for me they usually work no better then the RM2. Marriage made in heaven.

On a side note, I actually dropped one of my Reo's in the toilet last night! QUICKLY retrieved it (clean bowl, luckily), removed battery, bottle, and atty, washed in sink with dish detergent and disinfectant, reassembled all, and it works perfectly. Says something for the quality and mechanical simplicity of this device. Most all of my other mods would be ruined.
Oh yeah, I replaced the wick too....
