The Nudge RDA is a great performer. When built right it produces some really, really good flavor that is right on par with the best modern atties. It's in fact so good, that it's still in my rotation.
But it has its drawbacks.
First of all it can be a ....h to build. As a starter don't even try round wire coils, because the leads won't trap properly under those screws. 26x2/38 or 28x4/38 Fused Claptons work fine though. Therefore it's not an atty I'd recommend to a beginner, although it's still manageable with a bit of patience.
Secondly, because of it's low profile it has a limited juice well, so you need to be a bit careful when dripping/squonking. The well is not tiny by any means, but compared to some taller RDAs the difference is nevertheless noticeable.
For me personally in conclusion the benefits outweigh the drawbacks by far though.
