Over a period of a year or so, I started meeting more and more vapers, talked to them for a bit, tried their gear and thought meh. It was too easy and too much of a habit to keep smoking until finally one year, I asked for a Blu for Christmas which I received from my family who anxiously wanted to see me quit. I played around with that Blu for a good 6 months or so. It was great, but not enough for those "I really need a smoke" moments.
A vaping friend suggested getting something with a bit more power so I did a lot of research and found Got Vapes! There was so much helpful information on the site and I felt like I was making an informed decision so I ordered my first kit which was a 1000mah passthrough. It took about a month of tinkering and finding what worked for me, until I just stopped wanted the cigarettes and preferred my vape instead.
It's been a year and a half now and I have acquired/purchased 6 shoeboxes full of gear and juice. My fleet includes multiple spinners of various sizes, a nemesis, an akuma, and an MVP along with various drippers, a Kayfun, and various clearomizers/tanks.
My family now thinks I should open my own store or advice column or something. They call me an expert (which I'm not), but it is funny that I know more than vape shop owners I visit.
My mission now is to convert as many smokers as I can. So far, I'm up to 5 and I hope that number keeps growing.
Thank you Got Vapes for this contest, and for being my first vendor/educator!
