Telling apart your EMDCCs

Just wondering if anyone had a great suggestion for telling the black EMDCCs from MV apart. My wife and I keep two each in rotation for switching flavors or just as a backup, and they all look identical so it can be hard to tell them apart. I've been using paint markers on mine and drawing little pictures (which is kind of fun), but they rub off in a few days from handling. Anyone have a more permanent idea?

Engraver? Sharp object to put scratches in them or drawings. I used a silver sharpie and had the same result as you did

I found a couple of better solutions.

1 is stickers. If you find a big enough sticker, you can cut it to size and wrap the whole thing. Looks pretty sharp. Smaller ones work fine, too

Secondarily, you can use colored electrical tape. It's usually sold in blue, green, white, and yellow packs. I think those four colors should be enough for most situations, and you can always cut small strips of each to do smaller stripes instead of a 3/4" strip.

I'm pretty good about not flooding things so I'm not sure how the adhesive would hold up for messier vapers, but so far so good here. YMMV.
