Hi All
I want to tell my storry about temperature control -TC fails
I have tried 2 mods with TC -kangertech platinum mod and eleaf Istick
I also used 2 tanks , the kangertech mini with NI200 and Atlantis V2 tank with Ni200
What i observed on both the steps

1. start low from 120 degrees
2. increas in 5 degree steps
3.observe low flavour and vapor
4.reach around 180 degree-200
5.the vapur gets suddenly hot and unpleasant

Basically there is no flavour in both cases , with both mods , tanks and coils
I dont think both mods and tanks are defective
I tried with Kanthal and every time i get amazing flavour and smoke + the vapur is never warm

I dont understand , i did all the things right , but TC just doesnt work, why people swear by it ?!

On some devices the TCR setting is off. Try reducing TCR until it works right. Lowering TCR lowers the heat. I had the same problem with my Smok Koopor Plus 200W. Mine would snap, crackle, and pop when I hit the fire button on a fully saturated coil and wick, then the vape would be so hot that it wold almost burn my tongue.

It should not get hot around 200 degrees Celsius. That is only 400 Fahrenheit.

What you can do is set your temperature. I like 450-500 Fahrenheit. Then set the max watts to what you would normally vape at on power mode with kanthal. That way most the time it will be vaping at max watts then drop down power if your wick gets dry.

I set it to 450 Fahrenheit and the coil burned immediately O_O
I looked on it and the coil inside was horizontal and on the metal case of coil it was written wattage . Then i looked the next cooil and it was vertical no wattage (the owner told me they are both ni 200)...Something is fishy
