Re-routing to different PayPal account. Checkout is OK now!

BTW - This whole issue is due to a customer issuing a chargeback. they ordered a month ago, got their stuff, and raved about it here. Sent MrsJaax a PM describing how happy they were. Heard nothing else until PayPal notified us of the chargeback for "Unauthorized Charge." Customer would not respond to e-mails, PMs etc so we don't know what their very delayed problem might have been.

I just had the same problem with a (well known) member here. Bought a pipe from me in April. Wrote and thanked me for it. A week ago I get a notice from paypal of a chargeback from her. Never even heard of that before and have been selling things on here for months.

I had never heard a word from her since the sale, then all of a sudden that came up. I PM'd and emailed her a few times to find out what was going on....no reply.

I'm going to PM you her name Jaaxx. Maybe there's a scam going on here. And if so, I think the other members (and suppliers) should know about it so they don't make the same mistake we did.

Yes, Lu, that's the one. We sent Paypal the shipping confirmation, a copy of the post here on our subforum saying she received it and how much she was enjoying it, and the PM's that she sent to me. I guess they didn't care. She has not been on the forum, or is "invisible" since the day that she disputed the charges. I don't know if it's okay legally to "out" someone publicly about something like that, though, so I'm not saying a word.

I'd like to see this person get a public shaming. We don't want to see our vendors get labeled as high risk due to chargebacks.

Sounds like someone spent beyond their means and is trying to recoup any way they can.

I agree. I don't want for any reason to be taken in by someone who is capable of doing something like this. JMO

ETA: I'm so glad you're back in business. I don't order much from you, but you've got items I love to order and you've got some of the absolute best customer service I've experienced yet!!!! Plus, you're almost a neighbor :)

If Venders can be called out for slow shipping, poor quality products or poor customer service...then you can absolutly call out a Consumer for it! Don't forget as far as we know there have only been TWO negative experiences with this person out of possibly thousands....

Maybe only two have spoken up so far. There is no telling how many others they have done this too. Maybe they are just getting started and there are more to come.

I agree that if we can complain about suppliers then they should be able to complain about us. I would like to think that this community is here for the protection of everyone, not just the buyers.

I hope my order placed on Saturday isn't a problem order # 903. I paid for this thru paypal. I don't want there to be a delay.

Not a problem AT ALL! Order 903 and any other paid order goes out as usual. Also we are all fixed up for now, so there should be no trouble with placing orders.

I think you guys should blow her spot up. That's messed up... if you don't want to do it publicly, maybe just PM all the suppliers her name.

PM me too! Seriously, we all get taken in by others via the net. It's so difficult when you can't hear tone of voice or watch body language. What if this person gets on here with an opinion that is just BS and we believe her and act upon her suggestion? It's not right to have a person on here get away with this type of behavior and anything else they may be capable of.

What if this person bashes another or a supplier and we again get taken in by her, is this fair for the person being bashed or the supplier?

So, if you can't do it publicly, please PM me. I'd like to be aware of a person like this and not take anything this person has to say seriously.

If you can do it publicly you should. Not just for the suppliers but, also for those on the forum that use the Classified section of the forum. Or at least add her to the Member Feedback thread in the classifieds.
